Three hundred and thirty six Ross 308 broilers (male sex) were allocated to 6 experimental treatments with 4 replicates of 14 chicks each. The results showed that broilers were fed high energy diet had significantly higher body weight gain than those were fed low energy diet (P<0.05). The vitamin premix withdrawal and energy level had no significant effect on feed intake. Broilers that their vitamin premix were withdraw at 28 days rather than other groups (35 and 42 days) had relatively lower body weight gain and significantly higher feed conversion ratio (P<0.05). Carcass percentage and abdominal fat were significantly higher in broilers fed higher energy diet than those were fed low energy diet (P<0.05). Carcass characteristics were not affected by the time of vitamin premix withdrawal. Based on the results of this experiment, increasing of dietary energy level resulted to improve broiler's performance subjected to heat stress, although the abdominal fat increases. Also, it is possible to withdraw vitamin premix one week before slaughtering (35 days), but it's withdraw two weeks before slaughtering(28 days) may decrease the performance of broilers.}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {تأثیر حذف مکمل ویتامینی در جیره های با سطح متفاوت انرژی بر عملکرد و ترکیب لاشه جوجه های گوشتی در مواجه با تنش گرمایی}, abstract_fa = {این آزمایش به منظور بررسی اثر حذف مکمل ویتامینی در جیرههای با مقادیر متفاوت انرژی بر عملکرد و ترکیب لاشه جوجههای گوشتی در مواجه با تنش گرمایی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با آرایش فاکتوریل 3×2 شامل 2 سطح انرژی (کم انرژی و پر انرژی) و 3 زمان حذف مکمل ویتامینی (28، 35 و 42 روزگی) انجام شد. تعداد 336 جوجه گوشتی سویه راس 308 (جنس نر) به 6 تیمار آزمایشی با 4 تکرار و هر تکرار با 14 جوجه اختصاص داده شد. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که افزایش وزن جوجههای گوشتی تغذیه شده با جیره پر انرژی بطور معنیداری بالاتر از جیره کم انرژی بود (05/0P<). حذف مکمل ویتامینی و سطح انرژی جیره تأثیری بر مصرف خوراک جوجههای گوشتی نداشت. جوجههای گوشتی که مکمل ویتامینی آنها در 28 روزگی حذف شد نسبت به سایر گروهها (35 و 42 روزگی) در دو هفته آخر پرورش (28 تا 42 روزگی) دارای افزایش وزن نسبی کمتر و ضریب تبدیل خوراک بالاتری بودند (05/0P<). درصد لاشه قابل طبخ و مقدار چربی محوطه بطنی در جوجههای گوشتی تغذیه شده با جیره پر انرژی بطور معنیداری بالاتر از جیره کم انرژی بود (05/0P<). زمان حذف مکمل ویتامینی تأثیر معنیدار بر ترکیب لاشه جوجههای گوشتی نداشت. بر اساس نتایج این آزمایش افزایش انرژی جیره سبب بهبود عملکرد جوجههای گوشتی در شرایط مواجه با تنش گرمایی میشود، اگرچه مقدار چربی لاشه نیز افزایش خواهد یافت. همچنین مکمل ویتامینی را میتوان یک هفته قبل از کشتار (35 روزگی) حذف کرد، اما حذف آن دو هفته قبل از کشتار (28 روزگی) ممکن است سبب کاهش عملکرد جوجههای گوشتی شود.}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://asj.areeo.ac.ir/article_100175.html}, eprint = {https://asj.areeo.ac.ir/article_100175_789ed08733cb708a2346d99c4fdac1ec.pdf} }
