During the germination process, the growth of embryo results in the rupture of the seed coat and emergence of a young plant which it reaches to about 20cm height in a week. Apparently, the concept of putting one kilogram of seeds into a hydroponic system to obtaine several kilograms of fresh green fooder, during 7-10 days period, is appealing. Although it seems like growing a lot of feed, but in fact, increase in fresh weight is due to water and most often there is a reduction in dry matter weight and energy obtained compared with the initial grain. This technique is less a case of growing feed and more a case of spending grain and additional cost to change its quality and reduce its dry matter weight. During  soaking  and  germination,  seeds  lose  dry  matter  as  they  use  their  own  endosperm energy reserves for growth, results in a carpet math of roots, green and seed residues that contains high amount of water and low dry matter. There are a number of challenges in producing hydroponic fodder and its nutritive value, but research reports indicated that the balance of DM yiled and recovery of energy is negative when grains converted to green fodder in this system. Using of hydroponic fresh forage in the diets of different animals has not shown advantages over the initial grain hence it increases the feeding cost. Contamination of green grass by mulds and mycotoxines is the other risk of the system that will affect the animal health and products. This paper evaluates and discusses the mentioned aspects of forage production in hydroponic system.}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {بازده تولید علوفه هیدرو پونیک از نظر تغذیه دام}, abstract_fa = {طی دهههای اخیر، در بعضی از نقاط جهان در خصوص تولید علوفه با روش هیدروپونیک تجربیاتی به دست آمده است. در این روش اغلب از دانه جو جهت تولید علف تازه استفاده می شود به نحوی که طی مدت 7 الی 10 روز از زمان کشت، رویان دانه فعال شده و ضمن ریشه دوانی، ممکن است ارتفاع گیاه سبز شده تا حدود20 سانتیمتر برسد. در نگاه اول به نظر میرسد که از هر کیـلو گرم بذر (طی مدت کوتاه 7  تا 10 روز) می توان چندین کیلوگرم علوفه تازه تولید نمود، اما این واقعیت که چه سهمی از علف تازه تولیدی را آب و چه سهمی را مواد مغذی تشکیل می دهد مورد توجه دقیق قرار نمی گیرد. آن چه که، در تولید علوفه حائز اهمیت است میزان خالص مواد مغذی قابل هضم و جذب درعلوفه تولیدی می باشد. طی  فرایند جوانه زنی و رشد اولیه گیاه، سهم قابل توجهی از مواد غذایی ذخیره شده در بذر، جهت فرآیند سبز شدن، به مصرف می رسد و محصول به دست آمده مجموعه ای از ریشه و سبزینه و دانه نیمه تخلیه شده خواهد بود که بخش اصلی آن را آب تشکیل می دهد به نحوی که اگر کل این علوفه تولید شده خشک شود وزن آن کمتر از دانه مصرف شده در ابتدای کشت خواهد بود. تا کنون در مورد راندمان تولید علوفه و نیز ارزش غذایی علوفه هیدروپونیک مطالب متناقضی منتشر شده است اما بررسی دقیق و تحلیل مقالات علمی حاکی از آن است که نه تنها توازن مواد مغذی اصلی و به ویژه انرژی در این سیستم منفی بوده و مصرف علوفه تولیدی در جیره غذایی دام ها برتری خاصی را نشان نداده است بلکه هزینه تغذیه دام هارا افزایش داده است. خطر آلودگی های قارچی علوفه هیدروپونیک و مسمومیت زایی برای دام ها و محصولات تولیدی آن ها از دیگرمشکلات این سیستم می باشد. بنا براین با توجه به موارد ذکر شده در این فرایند، مصرف نهاده و هزینه در این راستا قابل توجیه نخواهد بود.}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://asj.areeo.ac.ir/article_100627.html}, eprint = {https://asj.areeo.ac.ir/article_100627_53db6f0699f64df605269156a12748fa.pdf} }
