A total of 400 native hens from Khorasan station were used in a completely randomized design (factorial experiment) with 8 treatments, 5 replicates and 10 hens in each replicate of  age 26 to 50 weeks. Eight experimental diets based on corn, soybean and wheat contain different levels of Ca (2.5, 3, 3.5 and 4) and total P (0.5 and 0.75) per percent of diet, and levels of other nutrients such as energy and crude protein was similar. The results showed that different levels of Ca and P did not show any effect on egg weight. Levels of Ca have significant effect on the egg production, so that the highest egg production(72.16) and egg mass was observed in the 3.5% Ca, although the level 3 and 3.5 percent of the Ca in the early production period (26-33 weeks) had similar effects. P levels had no effect on the egg production and egg mass. Level of 4% Ca showed the highest feed consumption, but P levels did not effect on feed intake. The best feed conversion ratio(3.16) was observed in the group receiving 3.5% Ca. Effect of  Ca levels  on tibia ash  was  significantly so that the lowest of ash was observed in 2.5% Ca. Levels of 0.75 P was reduced ash of the tibia. Overall, the results of this experiment showed that 3.5% Ca improves egg production and FCR in native hens, but P levels had no effect on production traits}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {بررسی اثر سطوح مختلف کلسیم و فسفر بر عملکرد مرغان بومی ایستگاه مرغ بومی خراسان در مراحل مختلف تولید}, abstract_fa = {این آزمایش به منظور بررسی تاثیر سطوح مختلف کلسیم و فسفر جیره بر عملکرد مرغان بومی استان خراسان  با استفاده از 400 قطعه  مرغ بومی در قالب طرح‌های کاملاً تصادفی و آزمایش فاکتوریل  با 8 تیمار آزمایشی(2*4)، 5 تکرار و 10 مرغ در هر تکرار از سن 26 الی 50 هفتگی در ایستگاه مرغ بومی خراسان، اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی بر پایه‌ی جیره ی حاوی ذرت، سویا و گندم با چهار سطح کلسیم (5/2،3، 5/3 و 4)  و دو سطح فسفر کل (5/0 و 75/0)  برحسب درصدی از جیره بود. سطوح سایر مواد مغذی از جمله انرژی و پروتئین خام همسان بود. نتایج نشان دادند که سطوح مختلف کلسیم و فسفر، تاثیری بر وزن تخم‌مرغ ندارد. سطوح کلسیم بر تولید تخم مرغ اثر معنی‌دار (05/0 P<) داشت، به نحوی که بالاترین میزان تولید(6/72%) و وزن توده‌ی تخم‌مرغ در سطح 5/3 درصدکلسیم در کل دوره مشاهده گردید، هرچند در اوایل دوره‌ی تولید(33-26 هفتگی)، اثر سطح 3 و 5/3 درصد مشابه بود. سطوح فسفر، تاثیری بر میزان تولید و وزن توده‌ی تخم‌مرغ نشان نداد. سطح 4 درصد کلسیم، بالاترین مصرف خوراک را نشان داد (05/0 P<) اما سطوح فسفر، اثری بر مصرف خوراک نداشت. بهترین ضریب تبدیل غذایی(16/3) در گروه تغذیه شده با 5/3 درصد کلسیم مشاهده گردید (05/0 P<). تاثیر سطوح کلسیم بر میزان خاکستر استخوان ران معنی‌دار شد، به نحوی که کمترین میزان خاکستر، در سطح 5/2 درصد کلسیم مشاهده شد. سطح 75/0 درصد فسفر باعث کاهش درصد فسفر استخوان ران گردید. به طور کلی، نتایج این بررسی نشان داد که میزان 5/3 درصد کلسیم  باعث بهبود میزان تولید تخم‌مرغ و ضریب تبدیل غذایی در مرغان بومی مورد مطالعه ‌شد، در صورتی که سطوح فسفر اثری بر صفات تولیدی آنها نداشت و سطح 5/0 درصد فسفر ایده آل تر بود.}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://asj.areeo.ac.ir/article_100753.html}, eprint = {https://asj.areeo.ac.ir/article_100753_e2d3f0038ff392b82b132bd7939540c3.pdf} }
