In this experiment 288 day old Ross – 308 broilers (male and female) were used as (2*4) factors include: Two levels of nutrients in diets (Ross- 308 nutrients recommendation and 5% less than Ross- 308 nutrients recommendation) and three multi enzymes (Saphizym, Kimin, Combo and control group) in a completely randomized design in 8 treatments, 3 replicates and 12 birds in each replicate from 10-42 days. The results showed that in starter, grower and finisher period, reducing 5% of diets nutrients levels less than Ross- 308 nutrients recommendation did not have any adverse effects on performance of broilers; however increased the abdominal fat percentage. In starter period using commercial enzymes improved the broilers performance, but in starter and finisher periods they could not positively affect the broilers performance. Commercial multi enzymes did not have any effects on carcass traits of broilers. Interaction between diets nutrients levels and multi enzymes did not have any significant effects on performance and carcass traits of broilers (P>0.05). The overall results indicated that in broilers, reducing 5% of diets nutrients levels less than Ross- 308 nutrients recommendation did not have any adverse effects on performance of broilers, however increase the abdominal fat percentage and using commercial multi enzymes did not have any positive effects on performance and carcass traits.}, keywords = {Broiler,Carcass traits,Crude protein,Multi enzymes}, title_fa = {بررسی اثر چند مولتی آنزیم و سطح مواد مغذّی جیره بر عملکرد و صفات لاشة جوجه های گوشتی}, abstract_fa = {این آزمایش به منظور ارزیابی اثرات مکمل‌های آنزیمی و سطوح مواد مغذّی در جیره بر عملکرد و کیفیت لاشه در جوجه‌های گوشتی انجام گرفت. تعداد 288 قطعه جوجه گوشتی یک روزۀ سویۀ راس 308 (مخلوط نر و ماده) به صورت فاکتوریل 4×2 شامل دو سطح مواد مغذّی (توصیة کاتالوگ سویة راس308 و 5 درصد کمتر از توصیة کاتالوگ سویة راس 308) و سه مولتی‌‌آنزیم تجاری (سافیزیم، کمین، کمبو و جیرة بدون آنزیم)، در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 8 تیمار و 3 تکرار (هر تکرار دارای 12 قطعه جوجه) از سن 10 تا 42 روزگی مورد آزمایش قرار گرفتند. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که در دوره‌های آغازین، رشد و کل دوره، کاهش 5 درصدی سطح مواد مغذّی جیره نسبت به توصیة کاتالوگ سویة راس 308، اثرات سوئی بر عملکرد جوجه‌ها نداشت ولی باعث افزایش درصد چربی بطنی گردید. استفاده از مکمل‌های آنزیمی در دورة آغازین نسبت به شاهد موجب بهبود عملکرد گردید در حالی که در دوره‌های رشد و کل، این اثرات مشاهده نگردید. مکمل‌های آنزیمی، اثرات معنی‌‌داری بر صفات لاشه نداشتند (05/0P>). اثرات متقابل معنی‌‌داری بین سطح مواد مغذّی و مکمل‌های آنزیمی در خصوص عملکرد و صفات لاشة جوجه‌ها مشاهده نگردید. به طور کلی نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که کاهش 5 درصدی مواد مغذّی جیرة جوجه‌های گوشتی نسبت به توصیة کاتالوگ سویة راس308 اثرات سوئی بر عملکرد نداشته و تنها موجب افزایش چربی بطنی می‌شود و استفاده از مکمل‌های آنزیمی مختلف نتوانست اثرات مثبتی بر عملکرد نهایی جوجه‌ها داشته باشد}, keywords_fa = {جوجه گوشتی,پروتئین خام,عملکرد,مکمل آنزیمی}, url = {https://asj.areeo.ac.ir/article_101360.html}, eprint = {https://asj.areeo.ac.ir/article_101360_a407e8313ab2f7fa7bfaaddf8ffbd8b3.pdf} }
