Materials and Methods: In this trial 90 multiparous cow randomly divided to three groups of 30 dairy cows. Dairy cows were allocated to treatments included of control (without lysine), lysine (20 gm/daily/cow) and lysine (40 gm/daily/cow) groups. Lysine used as top-dress with diet from ten days before calving probably to eight weeks after parturition. Blood and milk samples were collected weekly from the calving time to eight weeks of lactation. Blood metabolite (glucose, insulin, urea, creatinine and triglyceride) were evaluated by kit at laboratory and Production, Milk composition and udder immune system was estimated by milk recording, milkoscan system and count of somatic cells (SCC). However, LH and FSH were analyzed at 15 and 25 days postpartum. Results: The results showed that lysine group (20 gm) significantly increase milk production (P<0/05). The milk of protein, lactose, total solid and SNF was higher in lysine groups (20 & 40 gm) at more weeks of experiment. Level of SCC was significantly low in lysine groups (20 & 40 gm) compare than to control group (P<0/05). Level of insulin and urea was significantly high in lysine groups (20 gm particularly) at more weeks of experiment (P<0/05). Conclusions: It was concluded that adding of lysine had more beneficial effects on production, milk composition and levels of glucose, insulin, urea, creatinine, triglyceride and LH and FSH in Holstein cows.}, keywords = {Lysine,Dairy cattle,Production,milk composition,Blood metabolites}, title_fa = {تاثیر لیزین دریافتی در خلال اواخر آبستنی و شیردهی بر برخی از متابولیت های خونی، هورمونی و ترکیبات شیر در گاوهای چند شکم زایش}, abstract_fa = {این مطالعه جهت بررسی اثرات اسید آمینه لیزین بر تولید، ترکیبات شیر، متابولیت های خونی و برخی از هورمون های تولید مثلی گاوهای شیری اجرا شد. بدین منظور، تعداد 90 رأس گاو چند شکم زایش نژاد هولشتاین انتخاب و به صورت کاملاً تصادفی در سه گروه 30 رأسی به تیمارهای شاهد (بدون لیزین)، 20 و 40 گرم لیزین به ازای هر رأس گاو در روز اختصاص داده شده و از 10 روز قبل از زایمان تا هشت هفته بعد از زایمان مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. از هر رأس گاو 10 میلی لیتر نمونه خون و 20 میلی لیتر نمونه شیر به صورت هفتگی گرفته و میزان تولید شیر، ترکیبات شیر و متابولیت های خونی (گلوکز، انسولین، اوره، کراتینین و تری گلیسرید) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. همچنین، در روزهای 15 و 25 بعد از زایش، 10 میلی لیتر نمونه خون جهت بررسی هورمون های FSH و LH به آزمایشگاه ارسال شد. طبق نتایج بدست آمده، تیمار 20 گرم لیزین در روز بیشترین میزان تولید شیر را داشت و دارای اختلاف آماری معنی داری با دیگر تیمارها بود (05/0P<). با افزودن لیزین میزان پروتئین، لاکتوز، کل مواد جامد و ماده خشک غیرچربی شیر در بیشتر هفته ها افزایش پیدا کردند. همچنین، تعداد سلول های بدنی در تیمارهای حاوی لیزین در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد کاهش معنی داری داشت (05/0P<). میزان اوره و انسولین در اکثر هفته ها در تیمارهای حاوی لیزین (خصوصاً 20 گرم) افزایش یافتند. در کل نتیجه گیری می شود که افزودن لیزین تاثیرات مطلوبی بر تولید و ترکیبات شیر، میزان گلوکز، انسولین، اوره، کراتینین و تری گلیسرید خون و همچنین هورمون های FSH و LH در گاوهای شیری دارد.}, keywords_fa = {لیزین,گاو شیری,تولید شیر,ترکیبات شیر,متابولیت های خونی}, url = {https://asj.areeo.ac.ir/article_102341.html}, eprint = {https://asj.areeo.ac.ir/article_102341_2a825ec9c190204b9978f0c389d8f318.pdf} }
