A total of 240 Cobb 500 broilers in a completely randomized design were allocated to 6 treatments with 4 replicates of 10 chickens each. Experimental treatments were including negative control (not challenged by salmonella), positive control (challenged by salmonella) and treatments containing 50 and 100% raw or/and fermented rapeseed meal replaced by soybean meal in diet. All broilers were challenged by Salmonella typhimurium using oral gavage except negative control at the end of 3 day of rearing. Results showed that 7 and 14 days post challenge, the percentage of contamination in fermented rapeseed meal treatments were less than positive control and raw rapeseed meal treatments. Weight gain and feed conversion ratio in positive control and 50% fermented rapeseed meal treatment were significantly different with other challenged treatments (P<0.05). Therefore, According to the positive results of feeding fermented rapeseed meal on health and performance of broiler chickens challenged with salmonella, this processed protein source could be considered as a new strategy to control salmonella contamination.}, keywords = {fermentation,Salmonella,Rapeseed meal}, title_fa = {تأثیر تغذیه کنجاله کلزای تخمیری بر کاهش جمعیت سالمونلا در جوجه های گوشتی}, abstract_fa = {این آزمایش به منظور بررسی تأثیر تغذیه کنجاله کلزای تخمیری بر کاهش جمعیت سالمونلا در جوجه‌های گوشتی انجام شد. تعداد 240 قطعه جوجه گوشتی سویه کاب 500 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی به 6 تیمار آزمایشی با 4 تکرار و هر تکرار با 10 جوجه اختصاص داده شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل شاهد منفی (بدون چالش با سالمونلا)، شاهد مثبت (چالش یافته با سالمونلا) و تیمارهای حاوی 50 و یا 100 درصد جایگزینی کنجاله کلزای خام و یا تخمیری با کنجاله سویا در جیره غذایی بودند. جوجه‌های تمامی گروه‌ها به جز شاهد منفی در پایان روز سوم پرورش، با سالمونلا تیفی‌موریوم از راه دهان چالش داده شدند. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که 7 و 14 روز پس از چالش، درصد آلودگی در تیمارهای کنجاله کلزای تخمیری کمتر از تیمار شاهد مثبت و تیمارهای کنجاله کلزای خام بود. افزایش وزن و ضریب تبدیل خوراک در تیمار شاهد مثبت و تیمار 50 درصد کنجاله کلزای تخمیری تفاوت قابل ملاحظه‌ای با سایر تیمارهای چالش یافته داشت (05/0>P). بنابراین، با توجه به نتایج مثبت تغذیه کنجاله کلزای تخمیری بر سلامت و عملکرد جوجه‌های گوشتی چالش یافته با سالمونلا می‌توان این منبع پروتئینی فرآوری شده را به عنوان یک استراتژی جدید برای کنترل آلودگی‌های سالمونلایی مدنظر قرار داد.}, keywords_fa = {تخمیر,سالمونلا,کنجاله کلزا}, url = {https://asj.areeo.ac.ir/article_106963.html}, eprint = {https://asj.areeo.ac.ir/article_106963_37f474715dc70e1a3326a046658d2457.pdf} }
