In order to estimate the genomic heritability of growth traits, we used Illumnia 60K chicken SNP Beadchip in a chicken F2 resource population derived from the reciprocal cross between Arian line and Azerbaijan indigenous chicken. The genomic heritability was estimated through genomic relationship matrix for body weights and Shank lengths at different ages 1,3,5,7 and 9 weeks. To investigate the relationship between allele frequency and genomic heritability estimated for BW7 explained by markers, SNPs were classified into five groups of MAF (0 – 0.1, 0.1 –0.2, 0.2– 0.3, 0.3–0.4 and 0.4–0.5). To estimate the genomic heritability, five models were fitted accounting for the similarity relationship matrix within each of the five MAF groups, respectively. The genomic heritability estimations ranged from 0.43 to 0.27 for bw1 and bw9, and from 0.46 to 0.12 for Shl1 and Shl9, respectively. The estimated genomic correlations between BW and ShL at different ages were moderately high. Estimated heritabilities were 0.15, 0.3, 0.17, 0.26 and 0.27 for each of the five MAF groups, respectively. Interestingly, heritability estimates revealed highest value for MAF group (0. 1 to 0. 2). Genomic heritability estimated here can contribute to a better understanding of the genetic control of growth traits in broiler chickens. In addition, using these findings can accelerate the genetic progress in the breeding programs.}, keywords = {Chicken,F2 population,genomic heritability,Body weight,shank length}, title_fa = {برآورد وراثت پذیری ژنومی صفات رشد در نسل F2 حاصل از تلاقی لاین آرین و مرغ بومی آذربایجان به کمک یک تراشه 60K SNP}, abstract_fa = {درک کنترل ژنتیکی صفات رشد یکی از مهم‌ترین اهداف اصلاح نژادی در پرورش طیور است. به‌منظور یافتن وراثت پذیری ژنومی صفات رشد، از تراشه تجاری SNP ژنوم مرغ در جمعیت F2 حاصل از تلاقی دوطرفه مرغ بومی آذربایجان و لاین B سویه گوشتی آرین استفاده گردید. وراثت‌پذیری ژنومی با استفاده از روش آماری بهترین پیش بینی نااریب خطی ژنومی (GBLUP) برای صفات یک، سه، پنج، هفت و نه هفتگی وزن بدن و طول شانک برآورد گردید. به‌ منظور بررسی ارتباط بین حداقل فراوانی آللی SNP‌ ها (MAF) و میزان وراثت‌پذیری برآورد شده برای صفت رشد هفت هفتگی، SNP ها به پنج گروه MAF تقسیم گردید (1/0-0، 2/0-1/0، 3/0-2/0، 4/0-3/0، 5/0-4/0). همچنین برای برآورد وراثت‌پذیری ژنومی در هر گروه، پنج مدل مطابق با ماتریس روابط خویشاوندی ژنومی داخل هر گروه استفاده گردید. وراثت‌پذیری ژنومی برآورد شده برای وزن‌های هفتگی از 43/0 در هفته اول تا 27/0 در هفته نهم و برای صفات هفتگی شانک از 46/0 در هفته اول تا 12/0 در هفته نهم برآورد گردید. مقدار همبستگی ژنومی به‌دست‌آمده برای دو صفت در طی این هفته‌ها نشان‌دهنده همبستگی ژنومی بالا برای این دوصفت است. مقدار وراثت‌پذیری برای پنج گروه MAF به ترتیب 15/0، 30/0، 17/0، 26/0 و 27/0 به دست آمد. در این تحقیق بیشترین مقدار وراثت‌پذیری برآورد شده مربوط به گروه فراوانی 2/0-1/0 است. وراثت پذیری ژنومی یافت شده در این تحقیق درک بهتری از کنترل ژنتیکی صفات رشد را نشان می دهد. استفاده از این یافته‌ها میتواند باعث تسریع در پیشرفت ژنتیکی برنامه‌های اصلاح نژادی شود.}, keywords_fa = {مرغ,جمعیتF2,وراثت پذیری ژنومی,وزن بدن,طول شانک}, url = {https://asj.areeo.ac.ir/article_111328.html}, eprint = {https://asj.areeo.ac.ir/article_111328_53eaf001c7de93ef76ae69ab5a9423ba.pdf} }
