A total of 288 hy-line W-36 hens, from 65 to 73 weeks of age were used. The study carried out in a completely randomly design, with 6 treatments, 4 replicates, each contains 12 hens. The treatments consisted of: 1- zero level mg/kg of zinc supplementation (control) 2- control+ 70 mg/kg of zinc as zinc sulphate (inorganic source) 3- control+ 70 mg/kg of zinc as zinc-methionine complex (organic source), and treatments 4, 5 and 6 consisted of control diets supplemented with 50, 70 or 90 mg/kg of zinc as zinc chloride hydroxide, respectively. All experimental treatments decreased feed conversion ratio and increased eggshell strength (during experiment), egg weight (8th week), yolk index and haugh unit (6th and 8th weeks) compared to the control group. The zinc organic and hydroxy sources increased significantly (p < 0.05) percentage of eggshell, levels of blood and tibia zinc, blood albumin and antibody titer against Newcastle disease compared to control group. The zinc sulphate only increased blood zinc level. There were no differences in feed intake, production, specific gravity, eggshell thickness and shape index of egg due to supplementation with zinc. The results of this study suggest that 50 mg/kg zinc hydroxyl source can be a replacement for 70 mg/kg zinc sulphate or complex of zinc-methionine in aged laying hen diet.}, keywords = {zinc sources,inorganic,organic,hydroxy,aged laying hen}, title_fa = {مقایسه اثر منابع آلی، غیرآلی و هیدروکسی روی بر عملکرد مرغ تخمگذار مسن}, abstract_fa = {این آزمایش جهت بررسی اثرات اشکال مختلف مکمل روی شامل منابع آلی، غیر آلی و هیدروکسی، بر عملکرد تولیدی و خصوصیات کیفی تخم‌مرغ، به مدت 8 هفته (65 تا 73 هفتگی) انجام شد. به این منظور 288 قطعه مرغ تخم‌گذار های‌لاین (36-W) درقالب طرح کاملا تصادفی، با 6 تیمار و 4 تکرار (12 پرنده در هر تکرار) به کار گرفته شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل، 1- شاهد (بدون مکمل روی)، 2- جیره شاهد + 70 میلی‌گرم سولفات روی، 3- جیره شاهد + 70 میلی‌گرم کمپلکس روی-متیونین در کیلوگرم جیره و تیمارهای 4، 5 و 6 به ترتیب شامل جیره شاهد بعلاوه سه سطح 50، 70 و 90 میلی‌گرم هیدروکسی کلرید روی بود. همه تیمارهای آزمایشی سبب بهبود ضریب تبدیل خوراک و افزایش مقاومت پوسته تخم‌مرغ (در طول آزمایش)، وزن تخم‌مرغ (هفته هشتم)، شاخص زرده و واحد هاو (هفته ششم و هشتم ) نسبت به گروه شاهد شدند. منابع آلی روی سبب افزایش معنی‌دار )05/0>(P درصد پوسته تخم‌مرغ، میزان روی در خون و استخوان درشت نی، آلبومین خون و تیترآنتی‌بادی علیه بیماری نیوکاسل در مقایسه با شاهد شدند. سولفات روی تنها سبب افزایش سطح روی در خون شد. هیچیک از منابع روی تغییری در سطح مصرف خوراک، میزان تولید، وزن مخصوص، ضخامت پوسته تخم‌مرغ و شاخص شکل ایجاد نکردند. نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که 50 میلی‌گرم هیدروکسی کلرید روی می‌تواند جانشین 70 میلی‌گرم سولفات روی یا کمپلکس روی-متیونین در جیره مرغان تخم‌گذار مسن شود.}, keywords_fa = {منابع روی,غیرآلی,آلی,هیدروکسی,مرغ تخم‌گذار مسن}, url = {https://asj.areeo.ac.ir/article_121157.html}, eprint = {https://asj.areeo.ac.ir/article_121157_a24e46af71bac79c2b9564f5669a4d69.pdf} }
