Two hundred one-day-old male broiler chicks (Ross 308) were used in a completely randomized design with five treatments, and four replicate (10 birds per replicate) for 42 days. The experimental treatments were included: 1) basal diet without any additives (as control), 2) basal diet supplemented with 0.04 % Flavophospholipol, 3) basal diet contained 0.3% ginger powder, 4) basal diet contained 0.6% ginger powder, and 5) basal diet contained 0.9% ginger powder. According to the results, no significant differences were observed between different dietary treatments regarding the growth performance (daily weight gain, daily feed intake, and feed conversion ratio), and carcass characteristics (relative weight of the breast, thighs, heart, gizzard, liver, proventriculus, and abdominal fat) of the broiler chickens. The colony count of lactobacilli in the ileum of the birds fed with different levels of ginger powder were significantly higher than the control and antibiotic groups (p < 0.01). The villi length and villi length to crypt depth ratio in the jejunum of the birds fed with ginger powder were significantly higher than the control and antibiotic groups (p < 0.01). Antibody titer against sheep red blood in the serum of the birds fed with ginger powder and antibiotic were significantly higher in comparison to the control (p < 0.01).}, keywords = {Antibody titer,Carcass characteristics,jejunum,villi length}, title_fa = {بررسی تاثیر استفاده از پودر زنجبیل درمقایسه با آنتی‌بیوتیک فلاوفسفولیپول بر عملکرد، جمعیت میکروبی، مورفولوژی روده و پاسخ ایمنی جوجه‌های گوشتی}, abstract_fa = {این پژوهش به منظور بررسی تأثیر سطوح مختلف پودر زنجبیل و مقایسه آن با آنتی‌بیوتیک فلاووفسفولیپول بر عملکرد، مورفولوژی ناحیه ژژنوم و جمعیت میکروبی ناحیه ایلئوم روده کوچک و همچنین عیار آنتی‌بادی علیه گلبول قرمزگوسفند در جوجه‌های گوشتی نر انجام شد. این آزمایش با تعداد 200 قطعه جوجه گوشتی سویه راس- 308 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 5 تیمار، 4 تکرار و تعداد 10 قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار به مدت 42 روز به اجرا درآمد. تیمارها شامل: 1) شاهد (جیره پایه)، 2) شاهد + 04/0درصد آنتی‌بیوتیک فلاووفسفولیپول، 3) شاهد + 3/0 درصد پودر زنجبیل، 4) شاهد + 6/0 درصد پودر زنجبیل، 5) شاهد + 9/0 درصد پودر زنجبیل بودند. جیره‌ها در مراحل آغازین (یک تا 10 روزگی)، رشد (11تا 24 روزگی) و پایانی ( 25 تا 42 روزگی) مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. بر طبق نتایج، صفات عملکردی (افزایش وزن روزانه، خوراک مصرفی روزانه و ضریب تبدیل خوراک) وخصوصیات لاشه (وزن نسبی سینه، ران، قلب، سنگدان،کبد، پیش-معده و چربی محوطه بطنی) تحت تأثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفتند. استفاده از سطوح مختلف پودر زنجبیل در مقایسه با گروه‌های شاهد و آنتی‌بیوتیک، سبب افزایش جمعیت لاکتوباسیل‌ها در بخش ایلئوم شد (01/0>P). طول پرز و نسبت طول پرز به عمق کریپت در بخش ایلئوم فوقانی (ژژنوم) جوجه‌های تغذیه شده با پودر زنجبیل از گروه‌های شاهد و آنتی‌بیوتیک بیشتر بود (01/0>P). میزان عیار آنتی‌بادی علیه گلبول قرمز گوسفند در سرم خون جوجه‌های تغذیه شده با پودر زنجبیل و آنتی‌بیوتیک بیشتر از گروه شاهد گردید (01/0>P).}, keywords_fa = {خصوصیات لاشه,ژژنوم,طول پرز,عیار آنتی‌بادی}, url = {https://asj.areeo.ac.ir/article_121165.html}, eprint = {https://asj.areeo.ac.ir/article_121165_fad7d25a0f11adedca21c59a724c9ea6.pdf} }
