Due to low heritability of reproductive traits, genetic progress in these traits is slow. Therefore, genomic selection may be considered as an effective method for increasing genetic improvement for these traits. The accuracy of genomic selection depends on the several factors such as heritability of traits, statistical method for calculating SNP marker effects in reference population and number of individuals in the reference population. The present study was aimed to compare the accuracy and bias of genomic predictions for low heritability traits using SS-GBLUP and MS-GBLUP methods under different strategies applying simulated data. For this purpose, a genome containing 1000, 2000 and 5000 single-nucleotide polymorphism with two alleles (SNP) with length of one cM was simulated. The numbers of individuals in reference population were considered to be 1000, 1500 and 2000, respectively. The mean accuracies were estimated as 0.244 and 0.399 under above methods, respectively. Also, with an increase in the numbers of individual in the reference population, from 1000 to 2000 the mean accuracy of genomic prediction under above methods were increased from 0.209 to 0.294 and from 0.348 to 0.460, respectively. The averages for regression coefficient under above methods were estimated to be 1.2 and 0.94, respectively. Our results indicated that SS-GBLUP method along with an increase in the numbers of individuals' reference population, is suggested to increase the accuracy of selection for low-heritability reproduction traits.}, keywords = {Genomic evaluation,Reference population,Single step method,Low-heritability traits,Selection accuracy}, title_fa = {مقایسه صحت پیش‌بینی ژنومی صفاتی با وراثت پذیری پایین در گاوهای شیری تحت روش‌های تک‌مرحله‌ای و چند مرحله‌ای با استفاده از داده‌های شبیه‌سازی}, abstract_fa = {صفات تولیدمثل بدلیل تاثیر زیاد بر سودآوری، در صنعت پرورش گاوهای شیرده جزء صفات عملکردی محسوب می‌شوند. به دلیل وراثت‌پذیری پایین این صفات، پیشرفت ژنتیکی آن‌ها به کندی صورت می‌گیرد. بنابراین، انتخاب ژنومی یک روش موثر برای افزایش پیشرفت ژنتیکی این صفات می‌باشد.صحت انتخاب ژنومی وابسته به عوامل زیادی از جمله، وراثت‌پذیری صفات، روش آماری محاسبه اثرات نشانگر تک نوکلئوتیدی SNP در جمعیت مرجع و تعداد افراد جمعیت مرجع بستگی دارد. لذا هدف از پژوهش کنونی، مقایسه صحت و اریب پیش‌بینی‌های ژنومی برای این صفات با استفاده از روش‌های تک مرحله‌ای و چند مرحله‌ای GBLUP تحت راهبردهای مختلف به کمک داده شبیه‌سازی شده بود. بدین منظور، ژنومی حاوی 1000، 2000 و 5000 نشانگر تک نوکلئوتیدی دو آللی (SNP) به طول یک سانتی مورگان شبیه‌سازی گردید. تعداد افراد جمعیت مرجع در سه راهبرد متفاوت به ترتیب 1000، 1500 و 2000 در نظر گرفته شد. میانگین‌های صحت انتخاب تحت روش‌هایMS-GBLUP و SS-GBLUP به ترتیب 244/0 و 399/0 برآورد گردیدند. با افزایش تعداد افراد جمعیت مرجع از 1000 به 2000 حیوان میانگین صحت پیش‌بینی ژنومی در روش MS-GBLUP به ترتیب از 209/0 به 294/0 و در روش SS-GBLUP به ترتیب از 348/0 به460/0 افزایش یافت. متوسط ضریب رگرسیون برای روش‌های فوق به ترتیب 12/1 و 94/0 برآورد گردید. به طور کلی، نتایج به دست آمده در پژوهش کنونی نشان دادند که که در صفات با وراثت‌پذیری پایین برای افزایش صحت انتخاب، استفاده از روش تک‌مرحله‌ای GBLUP به همراه افزایش تعداد افراد جمعیت مرجع به عنوان روش مناسبی برای برآورد اثرات نشانگر می‌باشد.}, keywords_fa = {ارزیابی ژنومی,جمعیت مرجع,روش تک مرحله‌ای,صفات با وراثت‌پذیری پایین,صحت انتخاب}, url = {https://asj.areeo.ac.ir/article_121167.html}, eprint = {https://asj.areeo.ac.ir/article_121167_58fb0447200cb766e39a7315f4416db2.pdf} }
