ارزیابی تنوع ژنتیکی جمعیت زنبور عسل ایرانی (Apis mellifera meda) در شمالغرب ایران با استفاده از نشانگرهای ریزماهواره و خصوصیات مرفولوژیکی
در مجموع، 3200 زنبور کارگر جوان از نظر مرفولوژیکی و 320 زنبور از لحاظ مولکولی بررسی شدند. مطالعه چهار جایگاه ریزماهوارهای مهم زنبور عسل (A24, A28, A29, A113) نشان داد که تنوع ژنتیکی قابلملاحظهای در بین جمعیتهای زنبور عسل شمالغرب ایران وجود دارد و از نظر میانگین تعداد آلل به ازای هر جایگاه (25/3-75/5) و میانگین هتروزایگوسیتی مورد انتظار (445/0-701/0) دارای سطح بالایی از تنوع میباشند. همچنین، براساس نتایج تجزیه واریانس مولکولی (AMOVA)، تنوع ژنتیکی درون جمعیتی 70 درصد و تنوع ژنتیکی بین جمعیتی 30 درصد برآورد گردید. علاوه بر آن، آنالیز آماری دادههای مرفولوژیکی با استفاده از تجزیه به مؤلفههای اصلی (PCA) نشان داد که جمعیت زنبور عسل شمالغرب ایران حداقل به سه گروه قابل تفکیک است. نظر به تنوع بالای ژنتیکی زنبور عسل شمالغرب ایران، ایجاد ایستگاههای پرورش ملکه و اجرای برنامههای اصلاح نژادی مختص توده زنبور عسل شمالغرب کشور، لازم و ضروری بنظر میرسد. همچنین با توجه به چندشکلی بالای نشانگرهای مورد مطالعه، این نشانگرها برای مطالعات بعدی از جمله برای نقشهیابی صفات کمی (QTL mapping) و استفاده از آنها برای انتخاب به کمک نشانگر (MAS) و سایر مطالعات توصیه میشود.

تعیین قابلیت هضم و استفاده از ساقه و برگ باقلای سیلو شده در جیره غذایی بره های پرواری دالاق
در این پژوهش ابتدا، هشتاد و پنچ درصد ساقه و برگ باقلا خرد شده با نه درصد کاه گندم و شش درصد ملاس سیلو گردید و قابلیت هضم آن با استفاده از چهار رأس گوسفند نر بالغ تعیین شد. در مرحله بعد، سیلاژ ساقه و برگ باقلا طی یک دوره 84 روزه در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با استفاده از20 رأس بره نر پرواری با میانگین وزن اولیه 23/2±50/25 کیلوگرم مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نسبت علوفه به کنسانتره در تمام جیره ها 30 به70 بود. بخش علوفه جیره های آزمایشی شامل: 1)60 درصد یونجه+40 درصدکاه گندم (شاهد)، 2) 40 درصد یونجه+7/26 درصد کاه گندم+3/33 درصد سیلاژ باقلا، 3) 20 درصد یونجه+3/13 درصد کاه گندم+7/66 درصد سیلاژ باقلا و 4) 100 درصد سیلاژ باقلا بود. ماده خشک، ماده آلی، پروتئین خام، چربی خام و دیواره سلولی بدون همی سلولز باقلای سیلو شده به ترتیب 30، 57/89، 82/10، 6/0 و 60/42 درصد بود. انرژی قابل متابولیسم و مجموع مواد مغذی قابل هضم سیلاژ به ترتیب برابر 98/1 مگاکالری در کیلوگرم و 97/42 درصد بود. نتایج آزمایش پرواری نشان داد که بیشترین ماده خشک مصرفی بره ها (84/1 کیلو گرم در روز) در جیره شاهد و کمترین آن (57/1 کیلوگرم در روز) در گروه تغذیه شده با جیره 4 مشاهده شد (05/0P<). با افزایش میزان سیلاژ باقلا در جیره مقدار افزایش وزن روزانه بره ها کاهش یافت (05/0P<)، اما ضریب تبدیل غذایی خوراک بهبود غیر معنی داری یافت. بنابراین سیلاژ ساقه و برگ باقلا می تواند به عنوان یک منبع علوفه ای در جیره بره های در حال رشد مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

تأثیر جیره های غذایی حاوی اوره و ملاس بر عملکرد پروار و نیتروژن اوره ای خون برّه های نر عربی
به منظور بررسی تأثیر جیره های غذایی حاوی اوره و ملاس بر عملکرد پروار و نیتروژن اوره ای خون برّههای پرواری، از 72 رأس برّه ی نر عربی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی و با آزمایش فاکتوریل 4 × 3، به مدت 90 روز استفاده گردید. جیره های آزمایشی حاوی سطوح صفر، 5/0، 1 و 5/1 درصد اوره، و هر کدام در سه سطح صفر، 5/7 و 15 درصد ملاس، با پروتئین خام و انرژی قابل متابولیسم یکسان بود. جیره های غذایی به شکل کاملاً مخلوط تهیه شد و تا حد اشتها دو بار در روز به برّهها تغذیه گردید. نتایج نشان داد که بیش ترین و کم ترین افزایش وزن روزانه به ترتیب مربوط به برّههای تغذیه شده با سطوح صفر و 5/1 درصد اوره بود (05/0P< ). استفاده از سطوح مختلف ملاس اثر معنی داری بر افزایش وزن روزانه ی برّهها نداشت. اثر متقابل اوره و ملاس تأثیری بر افزایش وزن روزانه ی برّهها نداشت، امّا ماده ی خشک مصرفی روزانه و ضریب تبدیل خوراک، تحت تأثیر سطوح مختلف اوره یا ملاس، و اثر متقابل آنها قرار گرفت (05/0P< ). بیش ترین و کم ترین غلظت نیتروژن اوره ای خون برّهها به ترتیب مربوط به جیره های غذایی حاوی 5/1 و 5/0 درصد اوره و به ترتیب 42/29 و 78/26 میلی گرم در دسی لیتربود (05/0 P<). غلظت نیتروژن اوره ای خون تحت تأثیر ملاس قرار نگرفت، امّا اثر متقابل اوره و ملاس، نیتروژن اوره ای خون را تحت تأثیر قرار داد (05/0 P<). به طور کلی بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده چنین می توان دریافت که با استفاده از5/1 درصد اوره به همراه 5/7 درصد ملاس در جیره ی برّههای پرواری می توان، هزینه ی خوراک مصرفی برای هرکیلوگرم افزایش وزن زنده را کاهش داد.

تأثیر جایگزینی سیلاژ ذرت با سیلاژ تاج خروس بر افزایش وزن، تخمیر شکمبهای و فراسنجههای خونی یک گله پرواری گوسفند مغانی
بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر جایگزینی سیلاژ ذرت (CS) با سیلاژ تاجخروس (AS) بر افزایش وزن، تخمیر شکمبه و فراسنجههای خون دام، تعداد 50 رأس بره نر مغانی با میانگین وزنی 9/1±28 کیلوگرم به مدت 98 روز در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. پنج جیره آزمایشی همانرژی و همپروتئین بر اساس نیازهای غذایی دام تنظیم شدند که در آنها سیلاژ ذرت با سطوح مختلف سیلاژ تاجخروس (بهترتیب سطوح 0، 75، 150، 225 و 300 گرم در کیلوگرم ماده خشک) جایگزین گردید. خوراکدهی به صورت آزاد و در قالب جیره کاملاً مخلوط دو بار در روز انجام شد. با جایگزین نمودن سیلاژ ذرت با سیلاژ تاجخروس، مصرف خوراک روزانه، افزایش وزن، نسبت مولی بوتیرات در شکمبه افزایش، اما نسبت مولی ایزووالرات شکمبه، و غلظت تریگلیسریدهای خون کاهش یافت (05/0P<). نسبتهای مولی استات، پروپیونات، ایزوبوتیرات، والرات و pH شکمبه، غلظت گلوکز، پروتئین کل، آلبومین، کراتینین، کلسیم، فسفر، منیزیم، سدیم، پتاسیم و کلر خون در بین تیمارهای آزمایشی یکسان بود. در مجموع، جایگزینی سیلاژ ذرت با سیلاژ تاجخروس تا سطح 300 گرم در کیلوگرم ماده خشک جیره، برای بره پرواری مغانی بدون آن که اثر منفی بر رشد دام و فراسنجههای شیمیایی خون داشته باشد، امکانپذیر بود

تاثیر پرتوتابی بر ناپدید شدن شکمبه ای ماده خشک و پروتئین خام، و قابلیت هضم برون تنی کنجاله کانولا
این پژوهش بهمنظور بررسی تاثیر پرتوهای یونساز گاما و الکترون در دزهای 25، 50 و 75 کیلوگری، بر تجزیه شکمبهای ماده خشک و پروتئین خام، و قابلیت هضم برون تنی کنجاله کانولا انجام گرفت. بدین منظور از تکنیک کیسههای نایلونی و روش هضم دو مرحلهای استفاده شد. پرتو گاما باعث کاهش تجزیهپذیری ماده خشک شد (05/0P<)، اما پرتو الکترون تاثیری بر این صفت نداشت (05/0P>). تجزیه شکمبهای پروتئین خام بهوسیله پرتوتابی کاهش یافت (05/0P<). در این خصوص تاثیر اشعه گاما بیشتر از تابش الکترون بود (05/0P<). قابلیت هضم برون تنی کنجاله کانولا تحت تاثیر پرتوتابی افزایش یافت (05/0P<). با افزایش دز تابش پرتوهای الکترون و گاما، مقدار قابلیت هضم برونتنی ماده خشک، بهطور خطی افزایش یافت (05/0P<). تاثیر تابش الکترون و اشعه گاما در افزایش این صفت یکسان بود (05/0P>). نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که هرچند تاثیر پرتو گاما در کاهش تجزیه شکمبه ای ماده خشک و پروتئین خام کنجاله کانولا بیشتر از پرتو الکترون بود، اما قابلیت هضم برون تنی آن به طور یکسانی تحت تاثیر این پرتوهای یونساز افزایش یافت.

اثر جایگزینی جو با تفاله چغندر بر عملکرد رشد، قابلیت هضم و آسیب شناسی بافت شکمبه گوسفندان تغذیه شده با جیرههای با کنسانتره بالا
به منظور بررسی اثرات جایگزینی بخشی از نشاسته با فیبر محلول در شوینده خنثی در جیرههای پرکنسانتره بر میزان افزایش وزن هفتگی، خوراک مصرفی، راندمان غذایی، قابلیت هضم و برخی فراسنجههای آسیب شناسی بافت شکمبه، 16 راس بره نر در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی طی 70 روز مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. تیمارهای آزمایشی عبارت بودند از 1- تیمار شاهد (نشاسته بالا)، 2- 18 درصد تفاله چغندر، 3 - 36 درصد تفاله چغندر و 4- 54 درصد تفاله چغندر (فیبر محلول بالا). اختلاف بین تیمارها در وزن نهایی و میانگین افزایش وزن روزانه در کل دوره آزمایش معنیدار بوده و تیمار چهار در مقایسه با دیگر تیمارها وزن نهایی و میانگین افزایش وزن روزانه کمتری داشته است (05/0>P). در هفتههای دوم و سوم و کل دوره آزمایش کمترین مقدار مصرف ماده خشک در تیمار 4 مشاهده گردید (05/0>P). ضریب تبدیل غذایی بین تیمارها در کل دوره اختلاف معنیداری داشته و تیمارهای 2 و 3 کمترین مقدار و تیمار 4 بیشترین مقدار را نشان دادند (05/0>P). با افزایش مقدار تفاله چغندر در جیره قابلیت هضم ماده خشک در سطح معنیداری کاهش و قابلیت هضم NDF و ADF افزایش یافت (05/0>P). همچنین با افزایش سطح فیبر محلول در جیره، رخداد کمتر پاراکراتوزیس و هایپرکراتوزیس مشاهده گردید (05/0>P). نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که جایگزینی بخشی از نشاسته با فیبر محلول تفاله چغندرقند تا 36 درصد جیره میتواند تاثیر مطلوبی بر عملکرد رشد حیوان داشته باشد که این ممکن است به دلیل کاهش بروز ناهنجاریهای بافتی شکمبه در شرایط تغذیه جیرههای با فیبر محلول در شوینده خنثی باشد.

عوامل مرتبط با پذیرش و عدم پذیرش بیمه دام روستائی توسط دامداران استان سمنان (مطالعه موردی شهرستان گرمسار)
هدف اصلی تحقیق حاضر تعیین عوامل مرتبط با پذیرش و عدم پذیرش بیمه دام توسط دامداران(دارای گاو وگوسفند) در شهرستان گرمسار می باشد. این تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و به روش توصیفی و همبستگی میباشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل دو گروه مشتمل بردامداران دارای بیمه دام که تا سال 1388 اقدام به بیمه دام نموده باشند (1467 نفر) و دامدارانی که مبادرت به بیمه دام ننمودهاند ( 7000 نفر) میباشد. که بر اساس فرمول کوکران تعداد نمونه برای گروه فاقد بیمه 160 نفر برآورد گردید و همین تعداد نیز برای کسانی که بیمه دام را پذیرفته اند در نظر گرفته شد. وسیله اصلی مورد استفاده دراین تحقیق پرسشنامه بود که روائی آن توسط اساتید دانشگاه علوم وتحقیقات وکارشناسان مرتبط در جهاد کشاورزی بررسی وپس از اصلاحات لازم برای سنجیدن پایایی پرسشنامه ازضریب کرونباخ آلفا استفاده شد که این ضریب برابر با 83% محاسبه گردید. بر اساس نتایج حاصل بین متغیرهای پذیرش و عدم پذیرش بیمه دام با سطح تحصیلات، درآمد اصلی از دامداری، رابطه با کانالهای ارتباطی، تماس با کارشناسان در سطح 5 درصد و میزان تلفات، وام دریافتی، آگاهی از اهداف و فواید بیمه دام نیز در سطح یک درصد رابطه معنی داری به دست آمد. آزمون من وایت نی نشان از تفاوت سطح تحصیلات و آگاهی نسبت به بیمه دام و علاقه در انجام بیمه بین دو گروه داشت. آزمون t این تفاوت را در تعداد تلفات دام در دو گروه نشان داد.

انتخاب و ارزیابی پارامترها در تابعیت مولفه های اصلی و تابعیت خطی چندگانه برای پیش بینی وزن دنبه
هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی ارتباط بین وزن بدن و اندازهگیریهای ابعاد دنبه با وزن دنبه با استفاده از تابعیت چندگانه و تحلیل مولفههای اصلی بود. در کل 11 صفت قبل از کشتار شامل، وزن بدن، طول دنبه، محیط، عرض و قطرهای دنبه در 3 موقعیت بالا، وسط و پایین و نیز وزن دنبه بعد از کشتار، در 120 راس گوسفند نژاد ترکی- قشقایی مورد اندازهگیری قرار گرفتند. بعد از آنالیز دادهها 5 مولفه اصلی اول (PC) مجموعا 69/89 درصد از واریانس وزن دنبه به ترتیب 02/45، 81/19، 58/11، 27/7، 1/6 را تشریح کردند. بالاترین ضرایب در PC1 مربوط به محیط و عرضهای دنبه (036/0 ± 362/0) و در PC2 مربوط به قطرهای دنبه (34/0 ± 50/0) بود. وزن بدن در 3 مولفه اصلی بعدی دارای بیشترین ضریب بود. طول دنبه در PC3 و PC4 بالاترین ضریب را داشت. در آنالیز تابعیت مولفههای اصلی، طول دنبه (071/0)، محیط بالای دنبه (041/0) و وزن بدن (040/0) بالاترین ضرایب را داشتند. درحالی که در روش حداقل مربعات عمومی محیط وسط دنبه (083/0)، طول دنبه (077/0) و وزن بدن (042/0) بالاترین ضرایب را داشتند. همچنین، تابعیت مولفههای اصلی منجر به برآورد مقادیر بسیار پایینتر خطای استاندارد (006/0 تا 02/0) نسبت به روش حداقل مربعات عمومی (01/0 تا 08/0) شد. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد، تخمین وزن دنبه با استفاده از تجزیه مولفههای اصلی صحّت بالاتری داشته که میتواند برای متخصصان اصلاح نژاد در هنگام اعمال مدیریت، انتخاب و اجرای برنامه های اصلاح نژادی مفید باشد.

تاثیر سطوح مختلف اسید بوتیریک گلیسرید و پریبیوتیک بر عملکرد، صفات کیفی تخم مرغ و لیپیدهای سرم خون مرغ های تخمگذار
به منظور بررسی اثرات سطوح مختلف اسید بوتیریک گلیسرید و پریبیوتیک بر عملکرد، کیفیت تخم مرغ و لیپیدهای سرم خون مرغهای تخمگذار آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل 2×4 شامل چهار سطح اسید بوتیریک گلیسرید (0، 15/0، 30/0، 45/0) و دو سطح پریبیوتیک (0، 15/0) در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با تعداد 192 قطعه مرغ تخمگذار سویهی های-لاین (36W-) از سن 33 تا 47 هفتگی در 8 تیمار با 3 تکرار (با 8 قطعه مرغ در هر تکرار) انجام گردید. نتایج حاصل از این آزمایش نشان داد که تغذیه مرغهای تخمگذار با مکمل پریبیوتیک باعث افزایش درصد تولید تخم مرغ، وزن تودهی تخم مرغ و کاهش ضریب تبدیل خوراک گردید (05/0 P<) و بالاترین درصد تخم مرغ تولیدی و توده تخم مرغ تولیدی در جیره حاوی 15/0 درصد اسید + 15/0 درصد پریبیوتیک و پایین ترین ضریب تبدیل غذایی در تیمار حاوی 15/0 درصد پریبیوتیک + 30/0 درصد اسید مشاهده شد. وزن تخم مرغ تولیدی ومصرف خوراک روزانه تحت تأثیر جیرههای آزمایشی قرار نگرفت (05/0<P). افزودنیهای مورد استفاده در این تحقیق تاثیر معنیداری بر صفات کیفی تخم مرغ نداشتند (05/0 <P ). سطح کلسترول، تریگلیسرید، LDLو HDL سرم خون تحت تأثیر جیرههای آزمایشی قرار نگرفت (05/0 <P). بنابراین افزودن سطح 15/0 پری بیوتیک به تنهایی یا سطح 15/0 اسیدبوتیریک گلیسرید و پریبیوتیک همزمان به جیره مرغهای تخمگذار، بدون تأثیر بر فراسنجههایکیفی تخم مرغ و لیپیدی سرم خون باعث بهبود عملکرد آنها خواهد شد

تأثیر حذف مکمل ویتامینی در جیره های با سطح متفاوت انرژی بر عملکرد و ترکیب لاشه جوجه های گوشتی در مواجه با تنش گرمایی
این آزمایش به منظور بررسی اثر حذف مکمل ویتامینی در جیرههای با مقادیر متفاوت انرژی بر عملکرد و ترکیب لاشه جوجههای گوشتی در مواجه با تنش گرمایی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با آرایش فاکتوریل 3×2 شامل 2 سطح انرژی (کم انرژی و پر انرژی) و 3 زمان حذف مکمل ویتامینی (28، 35 و 42 روزگی) انجام شد. تعداد 336 جوجه گوشتی سویه راس 308 (جنس نر) به 6 تیمار آزمایشی با 4 تکرار و هر تکرار با 14 جوجه اختصاص داده شد. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که افزایش وزن جوجههای گوشتی تغذیه شده با جیره پر انرژی بطور معنیداری بالاتر از جیره کم انرژی بود (05/0P<). حذف مکمل ویتامینی و سطح انرژی جیره تأثیری بر مصرف خوراک جوجههای گوشتی نداشت. جوجههای گوشتی که مکمل ویتامینی آنها در 28 روزگی حذف شد نسبت به سایر گروهها (35 و 42 روزگی) در دو هفته آخر پرورش (28 تا 42 روزگی) دارای افزایش وزن نسبی کمتر و ضریب تبدیل خوراک بالاتری بودند (05/0P<). درصد لاشه قابل طبخ و مقدار چربی محوطه بطنی در جوجههای گوشتی تغذیه شده با جیره پر انرژی بطور معنیداری بالاتر از جیره کم انرژی بود (05/0P<). زمان حذف مکمل ویتامینی تأثیر معنیدار بر ترکیب لاشه جوجههای گوشتی نداشت. بر اساس نتایج این آزمایش افزایش انرژی جیره سبب بهبود عملکرد جوجههای گوشتی در شرایط مواجه با تنش گرمایی میشود، اگرچه مقدار چربی لاشه نیز افزایش خواهد یافت. همچنین مکمل ویتامینی را میتوان یک هفته قبل از کشتار (35 روزگی) حذف کرد، اما حذف آن دو هفته قبل از کشتار (28 روزگی) ممکن است سبب کاهش عملکرد جوجههای گوشتی شود.

تاثیر عصاره ی هیدروالکلی آویشن بر عملکرد، وضعیت آنتی اکسیدانی و گازهای خونی جوجه های گوشتی دریافت کننده ی نیترات سدیم در آب آشامیدنی
آزمایشی با استفاده از 220 قطعه جوجهی نر گوشتی یکروزه سویه راس (308) به منظور بررسی اثرات سطوح مختلف صفر، 2/0، 4/0 و 6/0 درصد عصارهی آویشن در آب آشامیدنی حاوی نیترات سدیم (4/27 میلیگرم در لیتر) بر عملکرد، وضعیت آنتیاکسیدانی و گازهای خون انجام گرفت. تفاوت معنیداری بین تیمارها برای افزایش وزن و مصرف خوراک در دورههای آغازین، رشد، پایانی و کل دوره آزمایشی مشاهده نشد (05/0P>). در دورهی آغازین، نیترات تاثیری بر ضریب تبدیل نداشت ولی مصرف بالاترین سطح عصارهی آویشن باعث افزایش ضریب تبدیل گردید (05/0P<). در دورهی رشد، پایانی و کل دوره هم تفاوت معنیداری بین ضریب تبدیل تیمارهای آزمایشی مشاهده نشد (05/0P>). هیچکدام از تیمارهای آزمایشی تاثیری بر اسیداوریک، کراتینین، پروتئین کل، مالون دی آلدئید، ظرفیت کل آنتیاکسیدانی و فراسنجههای گازهای خون در 42 روزگی نداشتند (05/0P>). مصرف نیترات منجر به افزایش اوره خون گردید در حالی که مکملسازی عصارهی آویشن، سطح آن را کاهش داد (05/0P<). به طور کلی اگرچه مصرف 4/27 میلیگرم نیترات در آب آشامیدنی باعث ایجاد آسیبهای کلیوی و در نتیجه افزایش اوره خون در جوجههای گوشتی در اواخر دوره آزمایش (42 روزگی) میگردد ولی تغییری در عملکرد، فراسنجههای آنتیاکسیدان خون و همچنین گازهای خونی ایجاد نمیکند که بیانگر عدم ایجاد متهموگلوبینمیا و پراکسیداسیون است. اما مصرف عصارهی آویشن در جوجههای تحت تیمار نیترات از طریق کاهش آسیبهای کلیوی آخر دوره ناشی از نیترات باعث کاهش اوره خون میگردد.

اثر محدودیت کمی خوراک و تغذیه وعده ای بر عملکرد، ترکیبات لاشه و عارضه آسیت در جوجه های گوشتی
این آزمایش برای مقایسه اثر محدودیت کمی خوراک و تغذیه وعدهای بر عملکرد، ترکیبات لاشه و عارضه آسیت در جوجه خروسهای گوشتی سویه راس 308 صورت گرفت. در این تحقیق پنج برنامه محدودیت غذایی شامل: 1) تغذیه به صورت آزاد ( گروه شاهد)، 2) تغذیه نیاز نگهداری از 14-7 روزگی، 3) تغذیه50% نیاز رشد از 14-7 روزگی، 4) تغذیه وعدهای از 14-7 روزگی و 5) تغذیه وعدهای از 21-7 روزگی استفاده شد. 300 قطعه جوجه خروس گوشتی یک روزه در قالب یک طرح کاملا تصادفی با پنج تیمار، پنج تکرار و 12 جوجه در هر تکرار تا سن 42 روزگی پرورش یافتند. در سن 21 روزگی جوجهها در معرض دمای 15 درجه سانتیگراد برای القای آسیت قرار گرفتند. صفات اندازهگیری شده شامل عملکرد، ترکیبات لاشه، فراسنجههای قلب و خون بودند. نتایج نشان داد که گروههای محدودیت داده شده به صورت کمی در مقایسه با گروه شاهد، افزایش وزن و مصرف خوراک کمتری داشتند (05/0>P). در پایان دوره آزمایش، گروه تغذیه شده به صورت وعدهای به مدت یک هفته ضریب تبدیل غذایی کمتری نسبت به گروه تغذیه 50 درصد نیاز رشد داشتند (05/0>P). محدودیت غذایی اثر معنیداری روی درصد ترکیبات لاشه (لاشه قابل طبخ، سینه، ران و چربی حفره شکمی) نداشت. جوجههای گوشتی تغذیه شده به صورت آزاد و وعدهای به مدت یک هفته غلظت هماتوکریت و هموگلوبین بالایی داشتند (05/0P<). گروه تغذیه وعدهای یک هفته در مقایسه با گروههای محدودیت کمی خوراک وزن قلب بیشتری داشت (05/0P<). اختلاف آماری معنیداری در شاخص آسیت (نسبت وزن بطن راست به وزن دو بطن)، وزن بطن راست و درصد وزن قلب در بین تیمارها مشاهده نگردید. به طور کلی نتایج نشان داد که محدودیت با شدت کمتر (تیمارهای تغذیه وعدهای) در مقایسه با محدودیت شدید (تیمارهای محدودیت کمی خوراک) در ایجاد رشد جبرانی کامل موثرتر است. با توجه به فاکتورهای خونی، محدودیت غذایی شدید میتواند باعث کاهش حساسیت به آسیت در جوجههای گوشتی شود

بررسی اثرات پودر زردچوبه، تفاله گوجه فرنگی و منبع چربی بر غلظت لیپیدهای خونی، فعالیت آنزیمی، فراسنجه های خون شناسی و سامانه ضداکسیدانی جوجههای گوشتی تحت تنش گرمایی
این آزمایش، تأثیر افزودن پودر زردچوبه، تفاله گوجهفرنگی و روغنهای کانولا، سویا و پیه حیوانی بر غلظت لیپیدهای خونی، فراسنجههای خون شناسی و وضعیت ضداکسیدانی جوجههای گوشتی تحت تنش گرمایی را بررسی نمود. به این منظور، تعداد 504 قطعه جوجه یکروزه سویه راس در 12 تیمار، 3 تکرار و 14 قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار توزیع شد. این آزمایش بهصورت فاکتوریل 2×2×3 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه نوع چربی (سویا، کانولا و پیه حیوانی)، دو سطح پودر زردچوبه (4/0 و 8/0درصد) و دو سطح تفاله گوجهفرنگی (3 و 5 درصد) اجرا شد. در دوره تنش گرمایی (42-29 روزگی) روزانه به مدت 5 ساعت دمای 33 درجه سانتی گراد و رطوبت نسبی حداقل 50 درصد اعمال شد. در روزهای 28 و 42، دو جوجه از هر قفس خونگیری، پلاسما و همولیزات نمونه های خون تهیه گردید. در جوجههای تغذیه شده با روغن کانولا و سویا غلظت کلسترول در شرائط تنش و LDL -C در 28 روزگی و بعد از تنش کاهش و HDL-C افزایش یافت. زردچوبه نیز میزان HDL-C را افزایش و LDL -C را کاهش داد (05/0>P) ولی تفاله گوجه تأثیری بر میزان چربیهای خونی نداشت (05/0<P). درصد هموگلوبین و هماتوکریت در جوجههای تغذیه شده با روغن کانولا نسبت به پیه افزایش یافت و نسبت هتروفیل به لمفوسیت نیز تحت تاثیر مصرف کانولا، در 28 روزگی پائینتر بود. زردچوبه و تفاله گوجه در جوجههای تحت تنش نسبت هتروفیل به لمفوسیت را کاهش داد(05/0>P). فعالیت آنزیمهای ALP، AST و ALT در جوجههای تغذیه شده با روغن کانولا در شرائط تنش گرمایی حداقل مقدار را نشان داد. سطح 5 درصد تفاله گوجه فعالیت آنزیم ALT را در 28 روزگی و ALP را در جوجههای تحت تنش گرمایی کاهش داد(05/0>P). در جوجههای تغذیه شده با روغن کانولا و زردچوبه بیشترین فعالیت آنزیم GPx و کمترین شاخص TBARS مشاهده شد(05/0>P). بنابراین مکمل نمودن روغن کانولا به همراه ضداکسیدانهای آلی به کاهش کلسترول وفعالیت آنزیمهای کبدی و بهبود وضعیت ضداکسیدانی جوجههای گوشتی تحت تنش گرمایی منجر خواهد شد.

تاثیر مکمل سازی ویتامین E و آرژنین بر فعالیت آنزیم های پلاسما، برخی پارامترهای خونی، تلفات و عملکرد جوجه های گوشتی درگیر با سندرم افزایش فشار خون ریوی (آسیت)
320 قطعه جوجه گوشتی نر سویه راس به طور کاملاً تصادفی به چهار تیمار با 4 تکرار و 20 پرنده در هر تکرار اختصاص یافتند. برای القای سندرم آسیت، همه جوجهها در دمای سرد طبق برنامه دمایی ویژهای پرورش یافتند. 4 تیمار آزمایشی عبارت بودند از:
1- شاهد، که با جیره غذایی پایه حاوی 3/1% آرژنین و 40 واحد بین المللی ویتامین E تغذیه شدند 2- ویتامین E، که 400 واحد بین المللی ویتامین E در کیلوگرم خوراک را به همراه جیره پایه مصرف کردند 3- آرژنین، که با جیره پایه همراه با 3/0% آرژنین در آب آشامیدنی تغذیه شدند و 4- ترکیب ویتامینE و آرژنین. در روز 14، دما به منظور ایجاد افزایش فشار خون ریوی کاهش یافت. افزایش وزن بدن، مصرف خوراک و ضریب تبدیل خوراک به صورت هفتگی و از هفته سوم اندازه گیری شدند. اندازهگیری فعالیت آنزیمهای لاکتات دهیدروژناز، آسپارتات آمینو ترانسفراز ،آلانین آمینو ترانسفراز و شمارش گلبولهای قرمز خون، درصد هماتوکریت، هموگلوبین، غلظت گلوکز و پروتئین خون در روزهای 21 و 42 انجام شد. در 42 روزگی ،2 جوجه از هر تکرار به طور تصادفی انتخاب و کشتار شدند و شاخص آسیتی (وزن بطن راست به کل بطن) محاسبه شد. نتایج نشان داد، تیمار آرژنین، دارای بیشترین افزایش وزن و کمترین ضریب تبدیل خوراک در کل دوره بود. در روز 42، تیمارهای آرژنین و آرژنین+ویتامینE ، دارای کمترین هماتوکریت، هموگلوبین و گلبول قرمز بودند. پروتئین پلاسما هم در تیمار آرژنین+ ویتامینE کمتر از تیمار شاهد بود. همچنین در روز 21 تیمار آرژنین کمترین فعالیت لاکتات دهیدروژناز و تیمار آرژنین+ ویتامینE بیشترین فعالیت آنزیم آلانین ترانسفراز را به خود اختصاص دادند. کمترین نسبت شاخص آسیتی در روز 42 و میزان تلفات ناشی از آسیت در کل دوره نیز در تیمار آرژنین مشاهده شد.

آزمایش حاضر به منظور بررسی تأثیر سطوح مختلف اسیدآمینۀ ال-ترئونین در جیرۀ غذایی بر پایۀ گندم در بلدرچین ژاپنی روی عملکرد، ارزیابی اندامهای داخلی، ارزیابی اندام های تولید مثلی و رشد پر انجام گرفت. تعداد 144 قطعه بلدرچین یکروزه به طور تصادفی بین 6 تیمار آزمایشی و 4 تکرار توزیع شدند. جیرۀ پایه بر اساس گندم، بدون افزودن ال_ترئونین بود و سایر جیرههای آزمایشی با افزودن سطوح 6/0، 2/1، 8/1، 4/2 و 0/3 گرم در کیلوگرم ال-ترئونین تهیه شدند. افزایش سطوح ال-ترئونین به جیرۀ پایه موجب افزایش معنیداری در وزن روزانۀ کل دوره (05/0>P) شد. نتایج نشان داد که افزایش سطوح ترئونین تأثیر معنیداری بر مصرف خوراک درکل دوره و ضریب تبدیل غذایی در دورۀ 21 تا 42روزگی نداشت، اما موجب کاهش در ضریب تبدیل غذایی در 1 تا 21 و 1 تا 42 روزگی شد (05/0>P). وزن نسبی قلب، پیشمعده، گناد و طول نسبی ایلئوم تحت تأثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفت، اما وزن نسبی سنگدان (05/0>P)، چربی محوطهی بطنی و طول نسبی دوازدهه، ژژونوم با افزایش سطوح ال-ترئونین افزایش یافت (01/0>P). رابطهی خطی کاهشی و درجه دوم (01/0>P) با افزایش سطوح در وزن نسبی کبد مشاهده میشود. حجم غدهی کلواکی نر تحت تأثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی روند خطی افزایشی با افزایش سطوح (01/0>P) و درجه دوم (05/0>P) را تبعیت میکند اما تولید کف از غدهی کلواک نر معنیدار نیست. افزایش سطوح ترئونین باعث افزایش معنیداری در برخی ویژگیهای پردرآوری مانند طول (01/0>P) و وزن پر (05/0>P) شد. میتوان نتیجه گرفت که افزودن4/2 گرم در کیلوگرم ال-ترئونین به جیرۀ بلدرچین ژاپنی سبب بهبود عملکرد و رشد پر میگردد و سطوح بالاتر از NRC بر برخی شاخصهای تولید مثلی اثر مثبت میگذارد

اثر پودر سماق و پروبیوآنزیم بر عملکرد و فراسنجه های خونی بلدرچین ژاپنی
این آزمایش به منظور تعیین اثر سطوح مختلف پودر سماق در جیره ی غذایی با دو سطح پروبیوآنزیم1 بر عملکرد و فراسنجه های خونی تری گلیسرید و کلسترول بلدرچین ژاپنی از سن 8 تا 42 روزگی (دوره رشد)، در قالب آزمایش فاکتوریل 4*2 بر پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی، با 8 تیمار، 3 تکرار و تعداد 5 قطعه بلدرچین و در هر تکرار از هر دو جنس، اجرا شد. پودر سماق در چهار سطح صفر، 075/0، 125/0 و 175/0 درصد بود. هر یک از این سطوح با دو سطح پروبیوآنزیم صفر و 014/0 درصد به کار برده شد و اثرات انفرادی و متقابل سطوح این دو نوع تیمار، بر عملکرد بلدرچین ژاپنی مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت. بین اثر انفرادی و اثر متقابل پودر سماق و پروبیوآنزیم در تأثیر بر صفات مورد بررسی، خوراک مصرفی روزانه، ضریب تبدیل غذایی، تری گلیسرید و کلسترول خون نسبت به تیمار شاهد تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده نشد (05/0<P). میانگین ضریب تبدیل غذایی تحت تأثیر سطح 175/0 درصد پودر سماق معنی دار نبود (05/0P>). به موازات افزایش سطح پودر سماق در میانگین وزن زنده، سینه، سنگدان، کبد، قلب ، وزن روده های باریک، بزرگ، وزن و طول روده کور، تری گلیسرید، کلسترول، طول روده های باریک و بزرگ تغییرات معنی داری مشاهده نشد (05/0P>).در این آزمایش سطح 125/0 درصد پودر سماق سبب بهبود تری گلیسرید، وزن روده باریک و وزن روده کور نسبت به سطوح 075/0 و 175/0 درصد شد، اما تفاوت معنی دار نبود (05/0P>).

اثرات نانوذرات نقره بر اجزای لاشه، برخی فراسنجههای خونی و فعالیتهای آنزیمی آنتیاکسیدانی بلدرچین تخمگذار ژاپنی
نانوذرات نقره به عنوان پرمصرف ترین نانو ذره در صنعت نانوتکنولوژی دارای اثرات ضدباکتریایی، ضد قارچی و ضد ویروسی میباشند. از آن جا که مصرف نانوذرات نقره در صنعت طیور رو به افزایش است، به منظور مطالعه اثرات این مواد بر اجزای لاشه، برخی فراسنجههای خونی و آنتیاکسیدانی بلدرچین تخمگذار تعداد 60 قطعه بلدرچین ماده در چهار تیمار و پنج تکرار و هر تکرار شامل سه قطعه بلدرچین ماده در 20 قفس استفاده گردید. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل ppm صفر، 12، 36 و 108 نانوذرات نقره بود که در آب آشامیدنی مصرف شد. نتایج نشان داد که در تیمارهای آزمایشی ppm 36 و 108 نانوذرات نقره وزن نسبی کبد بطور معنیداری کاهش یافت(05/0p<). برای سایر صفات لاشه اختلاف معنیداری مشاهده نشد. تیمار دریافتکننده ppm 108 نانوذرات نقره افزایش معنیداری را در آنزیم آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز کبدی نشان داد(01/0p<). در بررسی فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدانی گروههای مختلف، غلظت سرمی مالون دی آلدئید، غلظت مالون دی آلدئید بافت کبد و ظرفیت آنتیاکسیدانی تام سرم گروه ppm 108 با افزایش معنیداری مواجه شد(05/0p<). با توجه به نتایج این تحقیق نانوذرات نقره سبب بروز اختلالات کبدی و افزایش القاء تنش اکسیداتیو در بلدرچین تخمگذار میگردد.

تأثیر سطوح اسیدآمینۀ ال-ترئونین بر ارزیابی پاسخ های ایمنی، فراسنجه های بیوشیمیایی سرم خون و مرفولوژی رودۀ باریک بلدرچین ژاپنی
آزمایش حاضر به منظور بررسی تاثیر سطوح اسیدآمینۀ ال-ترئونین در جیرۀ غذایی بر پایۀ گندم بر ارزیابی پاسخهای ایمنی، فراسنجههای بیوشیمیایی سرم خون، مرفولوژی رودۀ باریک و فراوانی میکروبی ایلئوم بلدرچین ژاپنی صورت گرفت. تعداد 144 قطعه بلدرچین یکروزه به طور تصادفی بین 6 تیمار آزمایشی و 4 تکرار توزیع شدند. جیرۀ پایه بر اساس گندم، بدون افزودن ال-ترئونین و جیرههای آزمایشی با افزودن سطوح 6/0، 2/1، 8/1، 4/2 و 0/3 گرم در کیلوگرم ال-ترئونین تهیه شدند. میزان تیتر آنتیبادی در پاسخ به تزریق گلبول قرمز گوسفند روند خطی افزایشی و درجه دوم را با افزایش سطوح اسیدآمینۀ ترئونین دنبال کرد (01/0>P) اما اثر معنیداری بر نتایج تیتر آنتیبادی نیوکاسل، افزایش ضخامت پوست در اثر چالش با دینیتروکلروبنزن، تزریق فیتوهماگلوتینین و وزن نسبی اندامهای لنفاوی مشاهده نشد. سطوح ترئونین تأثیر معنیداری بر اسید اوریک سرم نداشت، اما باعث افزایش معنیداری در آلبومین، کلسترول، لیپوپروتئینهای با چگالی کم، سطح کلسیم (01/0>P) و پروتئین تام سرم (05/0>P) و کاهش مقدار تریگلیسیرید (01/0>P) شد. افزایش سطوح ترئونین اثر معنیداری بر افزایش طول و شاخص پرز و کاهش عمق کریپت در رودۀ باریک داشت (01/0>P). با افزایش سطوح ترئونین، روند خطی افزایشی و درجه دو در فراوانی باکتریهای اسید لاکتیک (01/0>P) و روند خطی کاهشی برای کلیباسیلها و هوازی ها مشاهده شد (01/0>P). به طور کلی در جیرههای حاوی پلیساکاریدهای غیرنشاستهای سطح 4/2 گرم در کیلوگرم ال-ترئونین در بهبود ایمنی همورال و سطوح 4/2 و0/3 گرم در کیلوگرم ال-ترئونین در بهبود ویژگیهای مرفومتریک رودۀ باریک و فراوانی باکتریهای مفید ایلئوم میتواند موثر واقع شود و بر بیوشیمی خون تأثیر مثبت بگذارد.

اثر فرآوری قارچ پلوروتوس فلوریدا بر ارزش غذایی کلش گندم و برگ درخت خرما
قارچ » پلوروتوس فلوریدا« روی کلش گندم و برگ درخت خرما کشت گردید و در قالب یک طرح کاملا تصادفی با 7 تیمار شامل: 1-کلش گندم عملآورینشده، 2-کلش گندم پس از میسیلیومدوانی قارچ، 3-کلش گندم پس از برداشت چین اول قارچ، 4-کلش گندم پس از برداشت چین دوم قارچ، 5- برگ درخت خرمای عملآورینشده، 6- برگ درخت خرما پس از میسیلیومدوانی قارچ، 7- برگ درخت خرما پس از برداشت چین اول قارچ، تهیه شد. ترکیبات شیمیایی نمونههای حاصل از تیمارهای مزبور، تعیین و نیز مصرف اختیاری و گوارشپذیری آنها روی گوسفند شال تعیین گردید. میزان پروتئین خام کلش گندم درتیمارهای 3 و 4، کاهش معنیدار و برگ خرما در تیمارهای 6 و 7، افزایش معنیداری(05/0 P<) یافت در حالی که میزان ماده آلی، روند کاهشی نشان داد (05/0 P<). میزان دیواره سلولی، دیواره سلولی منهای همیسلولز و لیگنین در تیمارهای2 و 6 به ترتیب نسبت به تیمارهای 1 و 5، افزایش معنیداری نشان داد (05/0 P<). مصرف ماده آلی قابل گوارش (گرم در کیلو گرم وزن متابولیکی بدن) در تیمار 2 نسبت به تیمارهای 1 و 4، و در تیمار 6 نسبت به تیمارهای 4 و5 افزایش یافت (05/0P<). بهطورکلی، نتایج نشان دادکه مصرف اختیاری و گوارشپذیری ماده خشک و ماده آلی هر دو ماده خوراکی در مرحله میسیلیومدوانی قارچ، نسبت به تیمارهای عملآورینشده، افزایش معنیداری(05/0P<) را دارا بود در حالی که پس از برداشت محصول قارچ، روند کاهشی نشان داد (05/0 P<).

اثر جیرههای حاوی سطوح مختلف برگ گردو و ویتامین E بر وضعیت آنتیاکسیدانی خون، عملکرد و خصوصیات کیفی تخممرغ در مرغهای تخمگذار
هدف این آزمایش بررسی اثر سطوح مختلف پودر برگ گردو و ویتامین E بر وضعیت آنتیاکسیدانی خون، عملکرد تولیدی و خصوصیات کیفی تخممرغ در مرغهای تخمگذار بود. تعداد 216 قطعه مرغ تخمگذار لگهورن سویه های-لاین W36 (با سن 70 هفته) انتخاب و در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی به 6 تیمار، 3 تکرار و 12 قطعه مرغ در هر تکرار تقسیم بندی شدند. تیمارها شامل تیمار شاهد، تیمارهای حاوی 100 و یا 200 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم ویتامین E و تیمارهای حاوی 1، 2 و 3 درصد پودر برگ گردو بودند. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از سطوح مختلف ویتامین E و برگ گردو دارای اثرات معنیداری بر ظرفیت آنتیاکسیدانی پلاسمای خون میباشد (05/0>P)، بهطوری که تیمار حاوی 2 درصد برگ گردو بیشترین و تیمار شاهد کمترین ظرفیت آنتیاکسیدانی پلاسما را داشتند. غلظت مالون دیآلدئید سرم خون (به عنوان شاخص اکسیداسیون چربیها) تحت تأثیر تیمارها قرار نگرفت (05/0<P). همچنین گروههای آزمایشی بر درصد تولید تخممرغ، وزن تخممرغ، توده تخممرغ و ضریب تبدیل غذایی تأثیر نداشتند (05/0<P)، اما خوراک مصرفی در تیمار حاوی 200 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم ویتامین E و تیمارهای 2 و 3 درصد برگ گردو کاهش یافت (05/0>P). شاخص رنگ زرده تخممرغ تحت تأثیر تیمارهای برگ گردو افزایش معنیداری نشان داد (05/0>P)، اما سایر خصوصیات کیفی مورد بررسی تحت تأثیر تیمارها قرار نگرفتند (05/0<P). بر اساس مشاهدات، سطح 2 درصد برگ گردو میتواند به عنوان یک منبع جدید از آنتیاکسیدانها در تغذیه طیور مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

برآورد پارامترها و روند ژنتیکی صفات اقتصادی در مرغان بومی استان آذربایجان
دادههای پژوهش حاضر توسط مرکز اصلاح نژاد مرغ بومی آذربایجان غربی طی 11 نسل جمعآوری شده است. برای برآورد مولفههای واریانس-کواریانس و همچنین پارامترهای وراثتپذیری و همبستگی بین صفات، از دادههای مربوط به صفات وزن بدن در یک روزگی، 8 و 12 هفتگی، سن بلوغ جنسی، تعداد تخم مرغ در سه ماهه اول تولید و میانگین وزن تخم مرغ (در 28، 30 و 32 هفتگی) با استفاده از مدل دام چند صفته در نرم افزار WOMBATو با روش حداکثر درستنمایی محدود شده استفاده شد و ارزشهای اصلاحی همه پرندهها پیش بینی شد. روند ژنتیکی صفات مورد مطالعه طی 11 نسل انتخاب با استفاده از تابعیت میانگین ارزش اصلاحی بر نسل برآورد شد. بیشترین و کمترین وراثتپذیری به ترتیب مربوط به صفات وزن بدن در یکروزگی(01/0±53/0) و تعداد تخممرغ در سه ماهه اول تولید(02/0±07/0) برآورد شد. بیشترین همبستگی ژنتیکی بین صفت وزن بدن در 8 هفتگی با 12 هفتگی(91/0) و کمترین آن مربوط به صفات تعداد تخممرغ با میانگین وزن تخممرغ(14/0-) برآورد شد. روند ژنتیکی صفات وزن بدن در یکروزگی، 8 و 12 هفتگی، سن بلوغ جنسی، تعداد تخممرغ و وزن تخممرغ به ترتیب 03/0-، 41/3، 25/5، 99/0، 12/0 و 07/0- برآورد شد. نتایج این تحقیق با توجه به پارامترهای برآورد شده نشان میدهد که امکان بهبود صفات مورد مطالعه و افزایش میانگین آنها، با استفاده از روشهای مناسب انتخاب ژنتیکی وجود دارد.
