بررسی تغییرات آنیونی - کاتیونی جیره بر عملکرد شیردهی، شاخص های تولیدمثلی، اسیدهای چرب شیر و مواد معدنی سرم در گاوهای شیرده هلشتاین در تنش حرارتی
این پژوهش بهمنظور بررسی تاثیر سطوح مختلف تفاوت کاتیون-آنیون جیره (DCAD) بر عملکرد شیردهی، پروفیل اسیدهای چرب شیر، غلظت مواد معدنی پلاسما و ادرار طی تنش حرارتی انجام شد. در این پژوهش 18 راس گاو هلشتاین نوبت زایش سوم با میانگین تولید شیر 5/1±5/43 لیتر در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی بهصورت تصادفی به گروههای آزمایشی: (1) 200+ میلی اکی والان در کیلوگرم ماده خشک مصرفی (2) 330+ میلی اکی والان در کیلوگرم ماده خشک مصرفی و (3) 550+ میلی اکی والان در کیلوگرم ماده خشک مصرفی اختصاص یافتند. گاوها از روز زایش و بعد از 14 روز عادتدهی، سه هفته با گروههای بالا تغذیه شدند. نتایج نشان داد سطوح مختلف DCAD بر مقدار مصرف خوراک، تولید شیر و چربی شیر را تحت تاثیر قرار داد وبا افزایش سطح DCAD افزایش یافت (01/0 P <). بیشترین مقدار مصرف خوراک، تولید شیر، چربی شیر و pH خون و ادرار در سطح 550+ میلی اکی والان در کیلوگرم ماده خشک مصرفی بود. همراه با افزایش DCAD فشار نسبی دی اکسیدکربن و مقدار بیکربنات خون بهصورت معنیداری کاهش یافت. افزایش سطح DCAD تفاوت کاتیون-آنیون جیره اسیدهای چرب کوتاه زنجیر (C4-C10) را کاهش داد (05/0 P <). بهطور کلی نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد تفاوت کاتیون-آنیون جیرهای در سطح 550+ میلی اکی والان در کیلوگرم ماده خشک مصرفی با افزایش مصرف خوراک، بهبود pH و افزایش قدرت بافری شکمبه سبب بهبود تعادل الکترولیتی بدن شد. همچنین سطح 550+ میلی اکی والان در کیلوگرم عملکرد تولیدی و تولیدمثلی گاوهای شیری را طی تنش حرارتی بهبود داد.

تأثیر ضایعات ماهی تخمیری در تغذیه جوجه های گوشتی بر جمعیت میکروبی دستگاه گوارش و فراسنجه های خون
این آزمایش به منظور بررسی تأثیر ضایعات ماهی تخمیری در تغذیه جوجههای گوشتی بر جمعیت میکروبی دستگاه گوارش و فراسنجههای خون انجام شد. تخمیر هر کیلوگرم ضایعات ماهی با 15 درصد ملاس و 5 درصد کشت آغازگر (حاوی باکتری لاکتوباسیلوس پلانتاروم و قارچ آسپرژیلوس اوریزا) صورت پذیرفت. پس از 15 روز تخمیر، pH و جمعیت باکتریهای اسید لاکتیک به ترتیب از 12/6 و 99/6 در ضایعات ماهی به 91/3 و 88/11 در ضایعات ماهی تخمیری تغییر یافت. تعداد 240 قطعه جوجه گوشتی نر سویه کاب در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی به 5 تیمار آزمایشی با 4 تکرار و هر تکرار با 12 جوجه اختصاص داده شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل جایگزینی 0، 3، 6، 9 و 12 درصد ضایعات ماهی تخمیری با کنجاله سویا در جیره غذایی بود. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که جایگزینی سطوح مختلف ضایعات ماهی تخمیری با کنجاله سویا در جیرههای غذایی جوجههای گوشتی سبب کاهش pH چینهدان و ایلئوم در مقایسه با گروه شاهد شد. تغذیه ضایعات ماهی تخمیری در سنین 22-11 روزگی و 42-23 روزگی سبب افزایش جمعیت باکتریهای اسید لاکتیک در چینهدان و کاهش کلیفرمها در ایلئوم جوجههای گوشتی شد. در سن 42-23 روزگی، مقدار کلسترول کل، تریگلیسرید، VLDL و LDL سرم خون در تیمارهای حاوی ضایعات ماهی تخمیری نسبت به تیمار شاهد به طور معنیداری کاهش یافت. نتایج نشان داد که جایگزینی بخشی از کنجاله سویا با ضایعات ماهی تخمیری در جیره غذایی سبب تضمین بهداشت و سلامت عمومی جوجههای گوشتی از طریق بهبود تعادل جمعیت میکروبی دستگاه گوارش و کاهش کلسترول خون میشود.

برآورد پارامترهای ژنتیکی صفت درصد پروتئین شیر در گاومیش های بومی ایران با استفاده از مدل روزآزمون رگرسیون تصادفی
در این پژوهش از اطلاعات گاومیشهای بومی ایران که طی 20 سال (1372-1391) به وسیله مرکز اصلاح نژاد و بهبود تولیدات دامی کشور جمعآوری شده بود استفاده گردید. دادهها برای شکمهای اول، دوم و سوم زایش به ترتیب شامل 4339، 4439 و 4445 رکورد روزآزمون بودند که در 298 گله پراکنش داشتند. با استفاده از رویه GLM نرم افزار SAS عوامل محیطی مؤثر بر میزان درصد پروتئین شیر شناسایی شدند. در مدل تجزیه، اثرات ثابت گله-تاریخ روزآزمون، سال-فصل زایش و روزهای شیردهی برازش شدند و سن حیوان در هنگام زایش به عنوان متغیر همراه در نظر گرفته شد. پارامترهای ژنتیکی با استفاده از مدل رگرسیون تصادفی تک صفته نرم افزار Wombatبرآورد شد. وراثت پذیری این صفت در روزهای مختلف شیردهی برای شکمهای اول، دوم و سوم زایش به ترتیب در محدوده 005/0 تا 14/0، 03/0 تا 7/0 و 005/0 تا 24/0 بدست آمد. بالاترین وراثت پذیری برای شکمهای اول، دوم و سوم زایش به ترتیب در روزهای 300، 300 و 5 و به میزان 14/0، 7/0 و 24/0 برآورد شد. میانگین همبستگی ژنتیکی درصد پروتئین شیر در شکمهای اول، دوم و سوم زایش به ترتیب به میزان 09/0، 98/0 و 95/0 برآورد شد. در این مطالعه وراثت پذیری برای صفت درصد پروتئین شیر در حد نسبتاً بالایی بدست آمد.

مطالعه قابلیت سیلو شدن علوفه آرتیچوک و اثر افزودن سطوح مختلف ملاس بر خصوصیات سیلویی آن
علوفه آرتیچوک (معروف به سیبزمینیترشی) در مرحله شروع گلدهی درو شد و پس از چاپر نمودن با سه سطح صفر، پنج و 10 درصد ملاس (در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تیمار و پنج تکرار) در سیلوهای آزمایشگاهی سیلو گردید. پس از گذشت 60 روز، سیلوها باز شد و ضمن نمونهبرداری، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. ارزیابی ظاهری علوفه سیلو شده با استفاده از شاخصهای بو، بافت و رنگ مواد سیلو شده صورت گرفت. بلافاصله پس از نمونهبرداری نسبت به تعیین pH و ماده خشک اقدام گردید. نیتروژن آمونیاکی، اسیدهای آلی و ترکیبات شیمیایی نمونهها نیز اندازهگیری شد. در ارزیابی ظاهری، بوی تخمیر مناسب، عدم تغییر در ساختمان برگ و ساقه و نداشتن چسبندگی و ثابت ماندن رنگ اصلی گیاه مشاهده گردید. با افزایش سطوح ملاس، میزان pH، نیتروژن آمونیاکی، الیاف نامحلول در شوینده خنثی و الیاف نامحلول در شوینده اسیدی به صورت خطی کاهش یافت، اما میزان ماده خشک، ماده آلی و کربوهیدراتهای محلول در آب به صورت خطی افزایش یافت (01/0P<). با افزایش سطح ملاس غلظت اسید استیک کاهش یافت (01/0P=) اما غلظت اسید لاکتیک و اسید بوتیریک تحت تأثیر قرار نگرفت. به طورکلی میتوان چنین نتیجهگیری نمود که شاخصهای اصلی (اسید لاکتیک و pH) در سیلاژهای آزمایشی مشابه و قابل قبول بود. بنا براین میزان کربوهیدرات محلول در علوفه آرتیچوک، در مرحله گلدهی، برای تخمیر سیلویی کافی بوده و میتوان از آن سیلاژ قابل قبولی تهیه نمود.

تعیین زیست فراهمی کلسیم صدف معدنی اردبیل و بررسی امکان کاربرد آن در جیره غذایی جوجههای گوشتی
برای بررسی ترکیبات معدنی صدف معدنی تولیدی در شهرستان کوثر استان اردبیل، دو آزمایش انجام شد. در آزمایش اول در 6 نمونه مرکب و یک نوع صدف تجاری، میزان کلسیم، فسفر، منیزیم، فلوئور و فلزات سنگین تعیین و میزان حلالیت در اسید کلریدریک 1/0 نرمال و آب مقطر دوبار تقطیر، انجام شد. فقط میزان کلسیم و حلالیت صدف اردبیل کمتر از صدف تجاری بود(05/0p<). در آزمایش دوم از 240 قطعه جوجه گوشتی جنس نر سویه راس 308 در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با 5 تیمار و 4 تکرار دارای 12 قطعه از سن 1 الی46 روزگی استفاده شد. تیمارها شامل یک جیره شاهد متوازن شده با صدف تجاری به عنوان منبع کلسیم و 4 جیره آزمایشی که در آنها به ترتیب 25، 50، 75 و 100 درصد کلسیم تامین شده که با کلسیم حاصل از صدف اردبیل جایگزین شده، بودند. شاخصهای عملکردی رشد، خصوصیات لاشه، صفات مورفولوژیکی استخوان درشت نی تحت تاثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نداشت. ابقاء ظاهری کلسیم و غلظت کلسیم خون در تیمارهای شاهد و 25 درصد صدف اردبیل بالاتر از تیمار 100 درصد صدف اردبیل بود(05/0p<). در مرحله رشد بالاترین ارزش زیستفراهمی نسبی کلسیم به میزان 63/110 در جیره با 25 درصد صدف اردبیل و 75 درصد صدف تجاری و در مرحله پایانی در جیره با 75 درصد صدف اردبیل و 25 درصد تجاری به میزان 88/105حاصل شد. بهطور کلی مطابق شاخصهای عملکردی و مورفولوژیکی استخوان میتوان صدف تجاری را در جیره غذایی جوجههای گوشتی با صدف اردبیل به صورت صددرصد جایگزین کرد.

تأثیر تغذیه مکمل روی-گلایسین برعملکرد، شاخصهای رشد اسکلتی و باروری در گوسالههای نر هلشتاین
تأثیر سطوح مختلف مکمل آلیروی (روی-گلایسین) بر مصرف خوراک، رشد، غلظت متابولیتهای خون وتستوسترون وتوسعه بیضه با استفاده از تعداد 15 راس گوساله نر هلشتاین با میانگین سن 8/0 ±3/10 ماه ووزن اولیه2/33±6/284کیلوگرم در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تیمار و پنج تکرار بررسی گردید. سه تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل تغذیه روزانه سطوح صفر (شاهد)، 250 میلیگرم یا500 میلیگرم مکمل روی-گلایسین در جیره بود. طول دوره آزمایش 135 روز در نظر گرفته شد. مصرف خوراک، عملکرد رشد، توسعه بیضه و متابولیتهای خون تعیین شد. مصرف خوراک و عملکرد رشد دامها تحت تاثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفت (05/0<P). اندازه دور اسکروتوم گوسالههای دریافتکننده مکمل روی نسبت به گروه شاهد بیشتر بود (05/0>P) و عرض بیضه تمایل به افزایش داشت (08/0=P). غلظت فراسنجههای سرم خون (به جز هورمون تستوسترون و آلانین آمینوترانسفراز) بین تیمارها یکسان بود (05/0<P). با افزایش مصرف روزانه مکمل روی آلی، غلظت تستوسترون افزایش، و غلظت آلانین آمینو ترانسفراز کاهش یافت (05/0>P) .بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، هرچند استفاده از مکمل روی آلی تاثیری بر مصرف خوراک و عملکرد گوسالههای نر هلشتاین نداشت، اما سبب بهبود وضعیت باروری حیوان از طریق افزایش تستوسترون و توسعه بیضه گردید.

بررسی ساختار ژنتیکی بخشی از ناحیه پروموتر در ژن لاکتوفورین درشترهای تک کوهانه و دو کوهانه ایران
شیر شتر یکی از منابع پروتئینی غنی به شمار می آید. لاکتوفورین یکی از پروتئین های مهم آب پنیر شیر شتر می باشد. نواحی پروموتری، نواحی هستندکه در بیان ژن اهمیت ویژه ای دارند. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی ساختار ژنتیکی بخشی از ناحیه پروموتر ژن لاکتوفورین به طول 790 نوکلئوتید، بین دو گونه شتر تک کوهانه و دو کوهانه ایران بود.10 نمونه خون از شتر تک کوهانه و 5 نمونه خون از شتر دو کوهانه جمع آوری شد. ناحیه مورد نظر با استفاده از آغازگر های اختصاصی تکثیر و توالی یابی شد. با استفاده از آنالیزهای ژنتیکی ، ساختار ژنی لاکتوفورین مورد بررسی قرارگرفت. پس از همترازی توالی های ژنی به دست امده، 4 هاپلوتایپ در نژاد های تک کوهانه و3 هاپلوتایپ در نژاد های 2 کوهانه مشاهده گردید. همچنین 12و 10 موتیف به ترتیب در شتر های تک کوهانه و دو کوهانه مشاهده شد. در نتیجه با توجه به اینکه اطلاعاتی از ساختار و توالی پروتئین های شیر شتر خصوصاٌ در نژاد های ایرانی موجود نبود، به طور کلی به نظر می رسد انجام مطالعات تکمیلی جهت تعیین ساختار ژن این پروتئین و همچنین آنالیز ساختار این پروتئین بتواند اطلاعات تکمیلی مفیدی از تغییرات و تنوع احتمالی این ژن در گونه های ایرانی داشته باشد.

این آزمایش با هدف بررسی اثر کاهش میزان اسیدهای آمینه جیره (پیشنهاد آرین و ۶ درصدکمتر از آن تا 25 روزگی) و نوع تلاقی (کلاسیک و جدید) روی صفات عملکردی و برخی خصوصیات سیستم ایمنی جوجههای گوشتی آرین انجام شد. تعداد 500 قطعه جوجه یک روزه مخلوط از دو جنس در قالب یک طرح آماری فاکتوریل با 4 گروه آزمایشی و 5 تکرار برای هر گروه طی مدت 44 روز مورد آزمایش قرار گرفتند. میزان اسیدهای آمینه جیره با توجه به میزان لیزین قابل هضم محاسبه شد. در روزهای 21 و 42 از ورید بال 2 جوجه (نر و ماده) از هر پن خونگیری و سلول های هتروسیت و لنفوسیت شمارش شد. صفات عملکردی در سنین مختلف و وزن اندام های ایمنی در 44 روزگی اندازه گیری شد. در این آزمایش مصرف خوراک در 18 روزگی و ضریب تبدیل خوراک در 18 و 25 روزگی تحت تاثیر کاهش میزان اسیدهای آمینه جیره، افزایش یافت (05/0 p<). تفاوت معنی داری در وزن بدن و اندام های ایمنی، شمار هتروفیل و لنفوسیت و نسبت هتروفیل به لنفوسیت خون مشاهده نشد. اثر متقابل میان فاکتورهای مورد بررسی روی صفات مورد اندازهگیری مشاهده نشد. در کل نتایج این بررسی نشان داد عملکرد رشد تلاقی جدید در شرایط این آزمایش مشابه با تلاقی کلاسیک بود و کاهش 6 درصدی اسیدهای آمینه جیره نسبت به سطوح پیشنهادی راهنمای آرین در سنین ابتدایی تاثر منفی بر عملکرد، نسبت هتروفیل به لنفوسیت خون و وزن اندام های ایمنی نداشت.

محصول فرعی پسته بهعنوان یک خوراک علوفهای در تغذیه نشخوارکنندگان - یک مقاله مروری (بخش دوم: نیتروژن آمونیاکی، پروتئین میکروبی، تخمیر و بیوهیدروژناسیون شکمبهای، متان و متابولیتهای خون)
این مقاله با هدف گردآوری و جمعبندی نتایج مطالعات انجام شده در رابطه با تاثیر مصرف محصول فرعی پسته در جیره بر تخمیرات شکمبهای، سنتز پروتئین میکروبی، کنترل متان و جنبههای مختلف فیزیولوژیک نشخوارکنندگان تهیه شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که در بیشتر آزمایشات غلظت نیتروژن آمونیاکی شکمبه با استفاده از محصول فرعی پسته در جیره کاهش یافته است، هرچند با جیرههای حاوی محصول فرعی پسته سنتز پروتئین میکروبی نسبت به گروههای شاهد کمتر بوده است. با افزایش نسبت محصول فرعی پسته در جیرههای آزمایشی، غلظت کل اسیدهای چرب فرار کاهش یافته است، که در برخی از آزمایشات با کاهش جمعیت کل باکتریهای شکمبه نیز همراه بوده است. نتایج برخی از مطالعات نشان میدهد که استفاده از محصول فرعی پسته میتواند راهکاری مفید برای افزایش CLA در شیر بزهای سانن باشد. همچنین استفاده از این محصول در کاهش تولید متان موثر بوده است. بهطور کلی، استفاده از سطوح مختلف محصول فرعی پسته در جیره دامهای مختلف نشان داده است که تاثیر نامطلوبی بر متابولیتهای خونی، فراسنجههای هماتولوژی، فعالیت کلیهها و کبد نداشته است.

اثر پودر زردچوبه، دارچین، پروبیوتیک و آنتیبیوتیک بر عملکرد رشد و فراسنجههای خونی جوجههای گوشتی در دورهی آغازین
به منظور بررسی اثر پودر زردچوبه، دارچین، پروبیوتیک و آنتیبیوتیک بر عملکرد رشد، فراسنجه-های خونی و پاسخ ایمنی جوجههای گوشتی در دورهی آغازین، آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 7 تیمار در چهار تکرار انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: 1- تیمار شاهد، 2- جیرهی حاوی 150 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم آنتیبیوتیک آویلامایسین، 3- جیرهی حاوی 100 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم پروتکسین، 4و5 - جیرهی پایه حاوی 5 و 5/7 گرم در کیلوگرم پودر زردچوبه، 6 و7- جیرهی پایه حاوی 5 و 5/7 گرم در کیلوگرم پودر دارچین بود. نتایج نشان داد که وزن بدن، خوراک مصرفی و ضریب تبدیل غذایی تحت تاثیر تیمارهای مختلف قرار نگرفت (05/0p>). پروتئینکل، آلبومین، کلسترول و تریگلیسرید پلاسما تحت تاثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار گرفتند (05/0>p). تیمار شاهد پایینترین سطح آنزیم آلکالینفسفاتاز را داشت که با تیمارهای دیگر اختلاف معنی دار داشت (05/0>p). بالاترین سطح کلسیم و فسفر در تیمار پروبیوتیک و کمترین آن در تیمار شاهد مشاهده شد (05/0>p). استفاده از افزودنیهای مختلف تاثیری بر عیار آنتی بادی علیه گلبول قرمز گوسفندی نداشت (05/0<p). بهطور کلی نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از افزودنیها بیشترین تاثیر خود را بر فراسنجههای خونی در دورهی آغازین اعمال مینمایند و در این تحقیق، تیمار پروبیوتیک اثرات مثبت بیشتری نسبت به سایر افزودنیها بر فراسنجههای خونی داشت.

اثر غلظت مواد مغذی جیره روی عملکرد رشد، اجزای لاشه و خصوصیات منحنی رشد جوجه بلدرچینهای ژاپنی
در این آزمایش 1032 قطعه جوجه بلدرچینژاپنی در قالب طرح آماری کاملاً تصادفی شامل 4 تیمار و هر تیمار در 3 تکرار به واحدهای آزمایشی اختصاص یافتند. تیمارهای آزمایشی عبارت بودند از: 1- جیره با غلظت پایین مواد مغذی (در سطح 95 درصد پیشنهاد (1994) NRC)، 2- جیره با غلظت در سطح پیشنهاد (1994) NRC و 3، 4- به ترتییب جیرههای با غلظت 5 و 10 درصد بیشتر از سطح پیششنهادی (1994) NRC. افزایش در غلظت مواد مغذی منجربه بهبود در افزایش وزن روزانه و ضریب تبدیل خوراک شد. بهترین افزایش وزن و ضریب تبدیل خوراک در تیمار جیرهای 10 درصد بیشتر از سطح پیشنهادی (1994) NRC حاصل شد. مصرف خوراک منحصراً در دوره آغازین آزمایش تحت تاثیر جیرههای آزمایشی قرار گرفت، به طوریکه جوجه بلدرچینهای با غلظت پایین مواد مغذی خوراک مصرفی کمتری را در مقایسه با سایر گروهها از خود نشان دادند.به استثناء اوزان نسبی ران، پانکراس و سنگدان، سایر صفات مرتبط با لاشه تحت تاثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفتند. غلظت مواد مغذی جیره روی خصوصیات منحنی رشد جوجه بلدرچینهای ژاپنی تاثیرگذار بود، به طوریکه افزایش در غلظت منجر به افزایش در وزن بلوغ و ثابت نرخ رشد تخمینی توسط مدل رشدی گمپرتز شد که مؤید نتایج محققین قبل در خصوص ارتباط مستقیم بین اثرات محیطی با خصوصیات منحنی رشد جوجه بلدرچینهای ژاپنی است. لذا، به دلیل تاثیرپذیری منحنی رشد از شرایط تغذیهای متفاوت، بررسی بیشتر روی منحنیهای رشد جوجه بلدرچینهای پرورش یافته در شرایط تغدیهای خاص به منظور انتخاب بهترین دامهای مولد پیشنهاد می شود.

بررسی خصوصیات ژنتیکی بز مرخز براساس توالی ژن سیتوکروم b
حفظ تنوع ژنتیکی در جمعیت بز مرخز به عنوان سرمایه ملی بسیار حائز اهمیت است. بررسی توالی نوکلئوتیدی ناحیه سیتوکروم b میتوکندری در درون جمعیتها میتواند شاخص مناسبی از میزان تنوع موجود در جمعیت مورد مطالعه باشد. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی ژنتیکی و فیلوژنتیکی توالی نوکلئوتیدی ناحیه سیتوکروم b ژنوم میتوکندری بز مرخز است. بدین منظور از 40 رأس بز مرخز نمونه خون جمعآوری گردید. پس از استخراج DNA، تکثیر قطعه 892 جفت بازی ناحیه سیتوکروم b میتوکندری توسط آغازگرهای اختصاصی انجام گرفت. قطعات تکثیر شده پس از خالصسازی به صورت رفت و برگشت توالییابی شدند. تعداد 4 هاپلوتیپ مختلف بر اساس 4 نوکلئوتید چند شکل تعیین گردید. تنوع هاپلوتیپی و نوکلئوتیدی در نژاد بز مرخز به ترتیب 1/0 و 00239/0 برآورد شد. نتایج فیلوژنتیکی با استفاده از روش UPGM نشان داد، که بز مرخز در گروه مجزا نسبت به سایر نژادهای آسیایی قرار دارد. دلیل این فاصله احتمالا ناشی از فاصلة جغرافیایی زیاد بین محل پراکنش بز مرخز با سایر نژادهای بز می باشد.

تعیین جنسیت جنین گاو نژاد هلشتاین به کمک روش غیر تهاجمی DNA با منشأ جنینی شناور در پلاسما گاو آبستن
دستیابی به روش دقیق، آسان و اقتصادی پیشانتخاب جنسیت جنین در صنعت گاو شیرده دارای اهمیت خاصی میباشد. اخیراً DNA با منشأ جنینی شناور در پلاسما و سرم مادر آبستن سوبسترای خوبی برای تعیین جنسیت جنین در اوایل دوره آبستنی پیشنهاد شدهاست. بدین منظور، تعداد 16 گاو هلشتاین با دوره آبستنی بعد هشت هفتگی، 4 گاو هلشتاین غیرآبستن و دو گاو نر(کنترل منفی) انتخاب و پلاسمای آنها برای استخراج ccfDNA تفکیک گردید. آغازگرهای این مطالعه بر اساس ژن DEAD box protein مستقر در هر دو کروموزوم X و Y طراحی و سنتز گردید. واکنش زنجیره پلیمراز با استفاده از روشهای استاندارد موجود بهینهسازی شد. نتایج الگوهای الکتروفورزی محصولات حاصل از تکثیر بر روی ژل متافور آگارز شش درصد وجود دو باند در جنین نر و یک باند در جنین ماده را نشان داد. ردیابی جنسیت جنینهای تحت آزمایش پس از تولد، مطابقت نتایج مولکولی با جنسیت گوسالهها پیش از تولد را تأیید کرد. شاید بهتوان از این روش در بررسیهای مدیریتی تخمین تلیسه جایگزین در گله و یا کنترل فروش گاوهای هلشتاین آبستن مازاد استفاده کرد.

تاثیر سطوح مختلف میوه زرشک بر عملکرد، ایمنی و فراسنجههای خونی در جوجههای گوشتی
این آزمایش به منظور بررسی اثر سطوح مختلف دانه زرشک بر عملکرد، صفات لاشه، فراسنجههای خونی، پاسخ ایمنی و آنتیاکسیدانی جوجههای گوشتی انجام شد. در این مطالعه 240 قطعه جوجه گوشتی نر سویه راس 308، در قالب طرح آماری کاملاً تصادفی با 5 تیمار و 4 تکرار )12 قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار( استفاده شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل 5 سطح میوه زرشک (شاهد، 1، 2، 3 و 4 درصد) بودند. صفات مورد مطالعه شامل میانگین خوراک مصرفی ، افزایش وزن و ضریب تبدیل غذایی، تیترآنتیبادی تولید شده علیه نیوکاسل، آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدانی و فراسنجههای خونی بودند. سطوح گلوکز و کلسترول، وزن قلب و چربی محوطه بطنی بطور معنیداری کاهش یافت (05/0P<). میوه زرشک میزان فعالیت آنزیمهای سوپر اکسید دیسموتاز و گلوتاتیون پراکسیداز و HDL را به طور معنیداری افزایش داد (05/0P<). در پایان، نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که گرچه افزودن میوه زرشک در همه سطوح، سبب بهبود فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدانی گردید، اما فقط در سطح 3 درصد آن، موجب بهبود مقادیر گلوکز، کلسترول و HDL خون جوجه های گوشتی شد.

در این تحقیق کاه شش لاین جو شامل سه لاین از اقلیم سرد و سه لاین از اقلیم معتدل با هدف انتخاب لاینهای برتر مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نمونههای بوته جو پس از جدا نمودن خوشه مورد تفکیک ریختشناسی (برگ، میانگره و گره) قرار گرفته و ترکیبات شیمیایی آنها شامل پروتئین خام، الیاف خام، دیواره سلولی، دیواره سلولی منهای همی سلولز، لیگنین و خاکستر اندازه-گیری شد. تخمیرپذیری نمونه ها با استفاده از روش آزمایشگاهی تولید گاز تعیین گردید. نتایج نشان داد که کاه لاین های مختلف جو اقلیم سرد تفاوتی در ترکیب ریخت شناسی نداشتند ولی در کاه لاین های اقلیم معتدل اختلافات معنی داری (05/0< p) در درصد برگ و میانگره مشاهده شد. اختلاف معنی داری (05/0< p) در مقادیر NDF، ADF، ADL و Ash کاه لاینهای جو دو اقلیم سرد و معتدل مشاهده شد. نتایج آزمون گاز نشان داد که میانگین گاز تولید شده از کاه جو لاینهای اقلیم سرد بیشتر از کاه لاینهای اقلیم معتدل بود. با در نظر گرفتن کلیه شاخص های مورد مطالعه، می توان لاین EBYTC80-11 را برای اقلیم سرد و لاین EBYTM80-7 را برای اقلیم معتدل پیشنهاد نمود.

تاثیر کوتاه مدت نانو ذره دیاکسید سیلیس بر عملکرد و کیفیت تخم در بلدرچینهای تخمگذار
پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی اثرات کوتاه مدت نانو دیاکسید سیلیس بر عملکرد و کیفیت تخم در بلدرچینهای تخمگذار انجام گرفت. این آزمایش با 60 قطعه بلدرچین تخمگذار از سن 18 تا 22 هفتگی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 5 تیمار و 4 تکرار (هر تکرار دارای 3 قطعه بلدرچین ماده) اجراء گردید. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل گروه شاهد بدون افزودن نانو ذره دیاکسید سیلیس و چهار سطح متفاوت نانو ذره دیاکسید سیلیس شامل 500، 1000، 2000 و 4000 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم جیره بودند. تیمارهای آزمایشی به مدت 4 هفته به صورت آزاد در اختیار بلدرچینها قرار گرفتند. در طول دوره آزمایش مقدار مصرف خوراک به صورت هفتگی ثبت و پارامترهای عملکرد شامل افزایش وزن تخم، ضریب تبدیل و درصد تولید تخم محاسبه گردید. در سه روز پایانی آزمایش، تخمهای هر قفس جمعآوری و پارامترهای کیفی تخم مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که وزن بدن، غلظت سیلیس موجود در تخم بلدرچینها و پارامترهای کیفیت تخم به جز در مورد وزن پوسته (05/0>P) تحت تاثیر نانو دیاکسید سیلیس قرار نگرفتند (05/0<P). همچنین صفات عملکردی شامل مصرف خوراک، ضریب تبدیل و درصد تولید تخم تحت تاثیر این سطوح از نانو ذره دیاکسید سیلیس قرار نگرفت (05/0<P)، ولی به طور معنیداری باعث افزایش وزن تخم بلدرچینها گردید (05/0P˂). به طور کلی نتایج بیانگر این است که جیرههای مکمل شده با دیاکسید سیلیس نه تنها تاثیر منفی بر عملکرد بلدرچینهای تخمگذار نداشته است بلکه توانسته است وزن تخم و وزن پوسته را افزایش دهد.
