تاثیر سطوح مختلف اسید بوتیریک گلیسرید و پری‌بیوتیک بر عملکرد، صفات کیفی تخم مرغ و لیپیدهای سرم خون مرغ های تخم‌گذار

چکیده

به منظور بررسی اثرات سطوح مختلف اسید بوتیریک گلیسرید و پری‌بیوتیک بر عملکرد، کیفیت تخم مرغ و لیپیدهای سرم خون مرغ­های تخم­گذار آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل 2×4 شامل چهار سطح اسید بوتیریک گلیسرید (0، 15/0، 30/0، 45/0) و دو سطح پری‌بیوتیک (0، 15/0) در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با تعداد 192 قطعه مرغ تخم­گذار سویه‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ی های-لاین (36W-) از سن 33 تا 47 هفتگی در 8 تیمار با 3 تکرار (با 8 قطعه مرغ در هر تکرار) انجام گردید. نتایج حاصل از این آزمایش نشان داد که تغذیه مرغ­های تخمگذار با مکمل پری­بیوتیک باعث افزایش درصد تولید تخم مرغ، وزن توده‌ی تخم مرغ‌ و کاهش ضریب تبدیل خوراک گردید (05/0 P<) و بالاترین درصد تخم مرغ تولیدی و توده تخم مرغ تولیدی در جیره حاوی 15/0 درصد اسید + 15/0 درصد پری‌بیوتیک و پایین ترین ضریب تبدیل غذایی در تیمار حاوی 15/0 درصد پری‌بیوتیک + 30/0 درصد اسید مشاهده شد. وزن تخم مرغ تولیدی ومصرف خوراک روزانه تحت تأثیر جیره­های آزمایشی قرار نگرفت (05/0<P).  افزودنی‌های مورد استفاده در این تحقیق تاثیر معنی­داری بر صفات کیفی تخم مرغ نداشتند (05/0 <P ). سطح کلسترول، تری­گلیسرید، LDLو HDL سرم خون تحت تأثیر جیره­های آزمایشی قرار نگرفت (05/0 <P). بنابراین افزودن سطح 15/0 پری بیوتیک به تنهایی یا سطح 15/0 اسیدبوتیریک گلیسرید و پری­بیوتیک همزمان به جیره مرغ­های تخم­گذار، بدون تأثیر بر فراسنجه­های­کیفی تخم مرغ و لیپیدی سرم خون باعث بهبود عملکرد آن­ها خواهد شد
