تأثیر حذف مکمل ویتامینی در جیره های با سطح متفاوت انرژی بر عملکرد و ترکیب لاشه جوجه های گوشتی در مواجه با تنش گرمایی

چکیده

این آزمایش به منظور بررسی اثر حذف مکمل ویتامینی در جیره­های با مقادیر متفاوت انرژی بر عملکرد و ترکیب لاشه جوجه­های گوشتی در مواجه با تنش گرمایی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با آرایش فاکتوریل 3×2 شامل 2 سطح انرژی (کم انرژی و پر انرژی) و 3 زمان حذف مکمل ویتامینی (28، 35 و 42 روزگی) انجام شد. تعداد 336 جوجه گوشتی سویه راس 308 (جنس نر) به 6 تیمار آزمایشی با 4 تکرار و هر تکرار با 14 جوجه اختصاص داده شد. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که افزایش وزن جوجه­های گوشتی تغذیه شده با جیره پر انرژی بطور معنی­داری بالاتر از جیره کم انرژی بود (05/0P<). حذف مکمل ویتامینی و سطح انرژی جیره تأثیری بر مصرف خوراک جوجه­های گوشتی نداشت. جوجه­های گوشتی که مکمل ویتامینی آنها در 28 روزگی حذف شد نسبت به سایر گروه­ها (35 و 42 روزگی) در دو هفته آخر پرورش (28 تا 42 روزگی) دارای افزایش وزن نسبی کمتر و ضریب تبدیل خوراک بالاتری بودند (05/0P<). درصد لاشه قابل طبخ و مقدار چربی محوطه بطنی در جوجه­های گوشتی تغذیه شده با جیره پر انرژی بطور معنی­داری بالاتر از جیره کم انرژی بود (05/0P<). زمان حذف مکمل ویتامینی تأثیر معنی­دار بر ترکیب لاشه جوجه­های گوشتی نداشت. بر اساس نتایج این آزمایش افزایش انرژی جیره سبب بهبود عملکرد جوجه­های گوشتی در شرایط مواجه با تنش گرمایی می­شود، اگرچه مقدار چربی لاشه نیز افزایش خواهد یافت. همچنین مکمل ویتامینی را می­توان یک هفته قبل از کشتار (35 روزگی) حذف کرد، اما حذف آن دو هفته قبل از کشتار (28 روزگی) ممکن است سبب کاهش عملکرد جوجه­های گوشتی شود.
