اثر فرآوری قارچ پلوروتوس فلوریدا بر ارزش غذایی کلش گندم و برگ درخت خرما

چکیده

قارچ » پلوروتوس فلوریدا«  روی کلش گندم و برگ درخت خرما کشت گردید و در قالب یک طرح کاملا تصادفی با 7 تیمار شامل: 1-کلش گندم عمل‌آوری‌نشده، 2-کلش گندم پس از میسیلیوم‌دوانی ‌قارچ، 3-کلش گندم پس از برداشت چین اول قارچ، 4-کلش گندم پس از برداشت چین دوم قارچ، 5- برگ درخت خرمای عمل‌آوری‌نشده، 6- برگ درخت خرما پس از میسیلیوم‌دوانی قارچ، 7- برگ درخت خرما پس از برداشت چین اول قارچ، تهیه شد. ترکیبات شیمیایی نمونه‌های حاصل از تیمار‌های مزبور، تعیین و نیز مصرف اختیاری و گوارش‌پذیری آن‌ها روی گوسفند شال تعیین گردید. میزان پروتئین خام کلش گندم درتیمارهای 3 و 4، کاهش معنی‌دار  و برگ خرما در تیمارهای 6 و 7، افزایش معنی‌داری(05/0 P<) یافت در حالی که میزان ماده آلی، روند کاهشی نشان داد (05/0 P<). میزان دیواره سلولی، دیواره سلولی منهای همی‌سلولز و لیگنین در تیمارهای2 و 6 به ترتیب نسبت به تیمارهای 1 و 5، افزایش معنی‌داری نشان داد (05/0 P<). مصرف ماده آلی قابل گوارش (گرم در کیلو گرم وزن متابولیکی بدن) در تیمار 2 نسبت به تیمارهای 1 و 4، و در تیمار 6 نسبت به تیمارهای 4 و5  افزایش یافت (05/0P<). به‌طورکلی، نتایج نشان دادکه مصرف اختیاری و گوارش‌پذیری ماده خشک و ماده آلی هر دو ماده خوراکی در مرحله میسیلیوم‌دوانی‌ قارچ، نسبت به تیمارهای عمل‌آوری‌نشده، افزایش معنی‌داری(05/0P<) را دارا بود در حالی که پس از برداشت محصول قارچ، روند کاهشی نشان داد (05/0 P<).
