تاثیر شیوه های مختلف بیان و تامین اسیدهای آمینه و انرژی قابل متابولیسم جیره های غذایی بر فراسنجه های تولیدی و متابولیک جوجه های گوشتی سویه آرین

چکیده

تعداد 1440 قطعه جوجه گوشتی یک روزه در 8 گروه آزمایشی با 6 تکرار و 30 قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی با روش فاکتوریل (2×2×2) شامل دو شیوه­ی بیان انرژی قابل متابولیسم (ظاهری و حقیقی تصحیح شده)، دو شیوه­ی بیان اسیدآمینه خوراک (کل و قابل هضم) و دو شیوه بیان نیاز اسیدآمینه­ای (کل و قابل هضم) طی دو دوره پرورش (21-1 و 42-22 روزگی)، مورد آزمایش قرار گرفتند. شیوه­ی انرژی قابل متابولیسم حقیقی تصحیح شده برای ازت و اسیدآمینه قابل هضم، باعث بهبود عملکرد جوجه ها شد (05/0P<). بالاترین مقدار گلوکز، تری­گلیسرید، کلسترول و HDL، مربوط به تیمارهایی بود که از جیره­های تنظیم شده با شیوه بیان انرژی قابل متابولیسم حقیقی تصحیح شده برای ازت، تغذیه شده بودند (05/0P<). اگرچه روش­ بیان اسیدآمینه خوراک به صورت اسیدآمینه قابل هضم باعث افزایش مقادیر پروتئین کل، گلوبولین و اوره سرم خون در پایان دوره پرورش شد (05/0P<)، اما روش­های بیان اسیدآمینه­ی مورد نیاز بر فراسنجه­های مرتبط با متابولیسم پروتئین، تاثیر معنی­داری نداشت. مقدار آلبومین، اسید اوریک و LDL تحت تاثیر هیچ­یک از تیمارهای آزمایش قرار نگرفتند. لذا پیشنهاد می­شود جهت تنظیم جیره غذایی جوجه گوشتی سویه 386 آرین از شیوه­ی بیان انرژی قابل متابولیسم حقیقی تصحیح شده برای ازت و اسید آمینه قابل هضم استفاده شود
