تأثیر تغذیه کنجاله کلزای تخمیری بر کاهش جمعیت سالمونلا در جوجه های گوشتی

چکیده

این آزمایش به منظور بررسی تأثیر تغذیه کنجاله کلزای تخمیری بر کاهش جمعیت سالمونلا در جوجه‌های گوشتی انجام شد. تعداد 240 قطعه جوجه گوشتی سویه کاب 500 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی به 6 تیمار آزمایشی با 4 تکرار و هر تکرار با 10 جوجه اختصاص داده شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل شاهد منفی (بدون چالش با سالمونلا)، شاهد مثبت (چالش یافته با سالمونلا) و تیمارهای حاوی 50 و یا 100 درصد جایگزینی کنجاله کلزای خام و یا تخمیری با کنجاله سویا در جیره غذایی بودند. جوجه‌های تمامی گروه‌ها به جز شاهد منفی در پایان روز سوم پرورش، با سالمونلا تیفی‌موریوم از راه دهان چالش داده شدند. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که 7 و 14 روز پس از چالش، درصد آلودگی در تیمارهای کنجاله کلزای تخمیری کمتر از تیمار شاهد مثبت و تیمارهای کنجاله کلزای خام بود. افزایش وزن و ضریب تبدیل خوراک در تیمار شاهد مثبت و تیمار 50 درصد کنجاله کلزای تخمیری تفاوت قابل ملاحظه‌ای با سایر تیمارهای چالش یافته داشت (05/0>P). بنابراین، با توجه به نتایج مثبت تغذیه کنجاله کلزای تخمیری بر سلامت و عملکرد جوجه‌های گوشتی چالش یافته با سالمونلا می‌توان این منبع پروتئینی فرآوری شده را به عنوان یک استراتژی جدید برای کنترل آلودگی‌های سالمونلایی مدنظر قرار داد.
