اثر تغذیه روغن سویای اکسید شده و هسته انار بر ظرفیت آنتی اکسیدانی، فعالیت آنزیمی و فاکتور‌های التهابی خون بزهای سانن در پیرامون زایش

چکیده

تأثیر روغن اکسید شده سویا و هسته انار بر وضعیت آنتی اکسیدانی و عوارض ناشی از استرس اکسیداتیو پیرامون زایش در بز‌های سانن، 3 هفته قبل و بعد از زایش مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تیمار‌ها شامل 1) جیره پایه به همراه 4 درصد روغن سویا، 2) 4 در صد روغن اکسید شده سویا، 3) 4 در صد روغن اکسید شده سویا و 8 درصد هسته انار آسیاب شده بود. سه روز پس از زایش جیره‌های آزمایشی با یک جیره یکسان جایگزین شد. غلظت فاکتور روماتوئید(RF)، پروتئین التهابی حاد(CRP)، مالون دی آلدهید(MDA)، ظرفیت آنتی اکسیدانی خون(TAC)، فعالیت آلکالین فسفاتاز(ALP)، کراتین کیناز(CK)، آلانین آمینو ترانسفراز(ALT)، آسپارتات آمینو ترانسفراز(AST) و لاکتات دهیدروژناز(LDH) دو هفته پس از اعمال تیمار، در اثر تیمار 2 نسبت به تیمار 1 دارای الگوی افزایشی و در اثر تیمار 3 نسبت به تیمار 2، دارای روند کاهشی بود. الگوی افزایشی در فراسنجه‌های CRP،ALT ،MDA و ALP و روند کاهشی مذکور برای فراسنجه‌های RF، TAS، CRP و ALP معنی‌دار بود. الگوی اثر تیمارها دو هفته پس از اعمال جیره یکسان، در کلیه فراسنجه‌های مذکور به جز کراتین کیناز، فاکتور روماتوئید، مالون دی آلدهید و ظرفیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی کل خون، به طور مشابهی با سایر زمان‌ها تکرار شد. به طور کلی روغن تیمار2 در مقایسه با تیمار1، به دلیل تغییر در ترکیب اسید‌های چرب و وجود مشتقات پراکسیداسیون، باعث افزایش عوارض استرس اکسیداتیو و کاهش ظرفیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی پلاسما گردید، در حالی که هسته انار فراسنجه‌های مذکور را بهبود بخشید.
