تاثیر تغذیه کاه گندم و سیلاژ کاه گندم فرآوری شده با سود، ملاس و دانه گندم‏ ‏ بر عملکرد ‏گاوهای شیرده

چکیده

در این مطالعه اثرات جایگزینی کاه گندم بدون فرآوری یا سیلاژ کاه گندم (فرآوری شده با سود، ملاس و دانه گندم) ‏به جای بخشی از علوفه جیره بر عملکرد گاوهای شیرده بررسی شد. تعداد 9 راس ﮔﺎو هلشتاین اواﺳﻂ ﺷﯿﺮدﻫﯽ در ‏قالب ﻃﺮح ﻣﺮﺑﻊ ﻻﺗﯿﻦ 3×3 تکرار شده به جیره‌های 1) شاهد (20 درصد ﯾﻮﻧﺠﻪ و 20 درصد ﺳﯿﻼژ ذرت)، 2) حاوی ‏ﮐﺎه گندم (13 درصد ﯾﻮﻧﺠﻪ، 13 درصد ﺳﯿﻼژ ذرت و 13 درصد کاه گندم بدون فرآوری) و 3) حاوی سیلاژ کاه گندم ‏‏(13 درصد ﯾﻮﻧﺠﻪ، 13 درصد ﺳﯿﻼژ ذرت و 3/14 درصد سیلاژ کاه گندم) اختصاص یافتند. ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ ﻫﻀﻢ ظاهری ماده ‏خشک ﺟﯿﺮه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ و جیره حاوی سیلاژ ﮐﺎه (به ترتیب 0/74 و 4/73 درصد) ﻣﺸﺎﺑﻪ، ولی ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ از ﺟﯿﺮه ﺣﺎوی ﮐﺎه گندم ‏‏(7/65 درصد) ﺑﻮد (01/0>‏P‏). ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﺷﯿﺮ در گاوهای مصرف کننده ﺟﯿﺮه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ بالاتر از گروه تغذیه شده با جیره‌های ‏حاوی ﮐﺎه گندم و سیلاژ کاه (به ترتیب 8/37، 9/32 و 4/34 کیلوگرم در روز) ﺑﻮد (01/0>‏P‏). میزان شیر تصحیح‌شده ‏براساس چربی ﺑﯿﻦ دو گروه مصرف کننده ﺟﯿﺮه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ و جیره حاوی سیلاژ ﮐﺎه ﯾﮑﺴﺎن ﺑﻮد (05‏/0<‏P‏). درﺻﺪ ﭼﺮﺑﯽ ‏شیر در ﮔﺎوﻫﺎی تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی سیلاژ ﮐﺎه ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺟﯿﺮه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ بیشتر بود (05‏/0>‏P‏). در مجموع، جایگزینی ‏بخشی از علوفه جیره با ‏ استفاده از سیلاژ کاه گندم فرآوری شده (13 درصد ماده خشک جیره) تاثیری بر افزایش ‏قابلیت هضم جیره و تولید شیر تصحیح‌شده نسبت به جیره شاهد نداشت، اما باعث بهبود این صفات نسبت به جیره ‏حاوی کاه گندم شد.‏
