تأثیر مکمل‌های آلی روی و سلنیوم بر مصرف خوراک، قابلیت هضم و فراسنجه‌های تخمیر شکمبه‌ای در گوسفند

چکیده

با هدف بررسی تأثیر مکمل روی-متیونین و سلنومتیونین بر مصرف خوراک، فراسنجه‌های تخمیر شکمبه‌ای و جمعیت پروتوزوآ، این تحقیق در دو بخش بر روی گوسفندان انجام شد. در آزمایش اول(درون تنی)، بیست رأس قوچ سنجابی (6/5±50 کیلوگرم) به طور تصادفی به چهار تیمار شامل: 1) جیره آزمایشی شاهد و بدون افزودن روی و سلنیوم؛2) جیره پایه به علاوه 300 میلی‏گرم سلنومتیونین در کیلوگرم ماده خشک؛ 3) جیره پایه به علاوه 400 میلی‏گرم روی-متیونین در کیلوگرم ماده خشک و 4 ) جیره پایه به علاوه 400 میلی‏گرم روی-متیونین و 300 میلی‌گرم سلنومتیونین تقسیم شدند. در آزمایش دوم، از گوسفندان گروه شاهد مایع شکمبه گرفته شد و بر اساس آزمون تولید گاز به روش برون‌تنی فراسنجه‌های تخمیر مطالعه شد در آزمایش اول، افزودن مکمل روی-متیونین و سلنومتیونین به جیره باعث کاهش انرژی قابل سوخت و ساز، قابلیت هضم ماده آلی، نیتروژن آمونیاکی و کل اسیدهای چرب زنجیر کوتاه (001/0p= ) شد، ولی ضریب تفکیک پذیری و پروتئین میکروبی در سه تیمار نسبت به شاهد بهبود یافت (001/0p= ). مکمل‌های روی و سلنیوم تأثیری بر خوراک مصرفی، انرژی قابل سوخت و ساز مصرفی و گاز متان نداشت. مصرف مکمل‌های آلی روی و سلنیوم جمعیت کل پروتوزوآیی را از طریق تغییر در جمعیت انتودینینه‌ها افزایش دادند (001/0=p).
در مجموع، استفاده از مکمل روی-متیونین و سلنومتیونین تأثیر مطلوبی بر تخمیر شکمبه گوسفندان نداشت، اما سبب افزایش جمعیت پروتوزآیی شد. همچنین، در این مطالعه روش آزمایشگاهی معیار مناسبی برای ارزیابی تأثیر مکمل بر تخمیر شکمبه نبود و نمی‌توان نتایج آن را با دام زنده تعمیم داد.
