بررسی اثر ویتامین E و سلنیوم آلی به صورت تزریق داخل تخم مرغ بر عملکرد، درصد زنده مانی و کیفیت گوشت جوجه های گوشتی

چکیده

به منظور بررسی تأثیر ویتامین E و سلنیوم آلی به صورت تزریق داخل تخم مرغ و مکمل با جیره‌های غذایی بر عملکرد، درصد زنده‌مانی و کیفیت گوشت جوجه‌های گوشتی، در قالب دو آزمایش، به طوری که در آزمایش اول با استفاده از 800 تخم مرغ نطفه‌دار در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 5 تیمار (تیمار1: کنترل، تیمار2: حاوی محلول نمکی، تیمار 3، 4 و 5 به ترتیب حاوی سلنیوم، ویتامین E و سلنیوم و ویتامین E) و 4 تکرار و 40 عدد تخم مرغ در هر تکرار و در آزمایش دوم بصورت طرح کاملاً تصادفی، با 10 تیمار (جوجه‌های آزمایش اول هر کدام با دو نوع جیره سطوح توصیه شده و بیشتر از توصیه شده سلنیوم و ویتامین E) و 3 تکرار و 15 قطعه جوجه که جمعاً 450 قطعه جوجه حاصل از آزمایش اول اختصاص داده شد. در آزمایش اول نتایج حاصله نشان داد که تزریق داخل تخم مرغی ویتامین E و سلنیوم تأثیری بر درصد زنده‌مانی تخم مرغ‌ها نداشت. در ارتباط با آزمایش دوم نتایج نشان داد، که افزایش وزن، مصرف خوراک و ضریب تبدیل غذایی جوجه‌ها تحت تأثیر سطوح مختلف سلنیوم و ویتامین E قرار نگرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که میزان مالون دی‌آلدئید (شاخص TBARS) و مدت زمان نگهداری در فریزر اختلاف آماری معنی‌داری را در بین تیمارهای مختلف ایجاد کرد (05/0>P). به طوری که با افزایش مدت زمان نگهداری گوشت ظرفیت نگهداری آب و میزان مالون دی‌آلدئید (شاخص TBARS) افزایش یافت (05/0>P).
