تجزیه و تحلیل ژنتیکی طول عمر تولیدی و ارتباط آن با صفات تولیدی در گاوهای هلشتاین ایران

چکیده

این پژوهش به منظور آنالیز ژنتیکی طول عمر و صفات تولیدی (تولید شیر، چربی و پروتئین 305 روز) گاوهای هلشتاین ایران انجام شد. بنابراین از رکورد‌های متعلق به 90112 رأس گاو شیری در دوره اول شیرواری استفاده گردید. داده‌های مذکور مربوط به 759 گله بوده که طی سال‌های 1375 تا 1392 توسط مرکز اصلاح نژاد و بهبود تولیدات دامی کشور جمع‌آوری شده بود. برآورد مؤلفه‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌های واریانس به روش حداکثر درست‌نمایی محدود شده براساس مدل دام با استفاده از نرم افزار ژنتیکی DMU انجام گردید. روند ژنتیکی و فنوتیپی به ترتیب از طریق تابعیت میانگین ارزش اصلاحی و میانگین فنوتیپی صفات بر سال زایش محاسبه گردید. وراثت‌پذیری طول عمر تولیدی، طول عمر عملکردی، تولید شیر، چربی و پروتئین شیر به ترتیب 04/0، 03/0، 23/0، 17/0 و 20/0 برآورد گردید. همبستگی ژنتیکی طول عمر تولیدی با صفات تولیدی به ترتیب در محدوده 11/0-02/0 برآورد گردید. همبستگی ژنتیکی تولید شیر با تولید چربی و پروتئین شیر به ترتیب 88/0 و 94/0 برآورد شد. روند ژنتیکی برای صفات طول عمر (تولیدی و عملکردی) به ترتیب 02/0- و 002/0 روز (05/0<P) و برای صفات تولید شیر، چربی و پروتئین شیر به ترتیب 46/5، 08/0 و 09/0 کیلوگرم (01/0>P) بود. با توجه به همبستگی ژنتیکی مثبت بین تولید شیر و طول عمر تولیدی، به نظر می‌رسد که انتخاب بر مبنای تولید شیر، موجب افزایش طول عمر شده است. بنابراین توصیه می‌شود این صفت در برنامه‌های اصلاحی گاوهای هلشتاین کشور گنجانده شود.
