تأثیر استفاده از ویتامین ای در جیره فلاشینگ بر عملکرد تولیدمثلی میش های لری بختیاری

چکیده

این مطالعه با هدف تعیین اثر استفاده ازویتامین ای در جیره فلاشینگ برعملکرد تولیدمثلی میشهای لری بختیاری انجام شد. دویست رأس میش سالم و غیر شیرده لری بختیاری در دو سامانه روستایی و عشایری (در هر سامانه یک گله و 100 رأس میش درهر گله) با میانگین وزن 57/5 کیلوگرم و سن 2 تا 7 سال مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. میشهای هر گله به طور تصادفی به دو گروه مساوی برای دریافت یکی از دو جیره ذیل تقسیم شدند: جیره پایه بعلاوه 250 گرم دانه جو (به عنوان گروه شاهد (F)) و جیره پایه بعلاوه 250 گرم دانه جو بعلاوه 500 واحد ویتامین ای (تیمار FE). رژیم غذایی از دو هفته قبل از قوچ اندازی شروع وتا سه هفته پس از آن ادامه یافت. داده های مربوط به وزن و نمره وضعیت بدنی میشها قبل از جفتگیری، نرخ آبستنی، نرخ برهزایی و زادآوری جمع آوری و با رویه GLM نرم افزار SAS مورد تجزیه آماری قرار گرفتند. نرخ آبستنی، نرخ برهزایی و نرخ زادآوری کل تحت تأثیر تیمار قرار نگرفت هر چند که از نظر عددی مقدار این صفات در تیمار FE بالاتر بود. نرخ آبستنی در 21 روز اول جفتگیریها و نرخ برهزایی در 21 روز اول زایشها به طور معنیداری (0/01>P) در تیمار FE بالاتر از شاهد بود. نرخ زادآوری در 21 روز ابتدایی زایشها تحت تأثیر تیمار قرار نگرفت. نمره وضعیت بدنی میش تنها بر نرخ آبستنی کل اثر معنیدار داشت (0/05>P). استفاده از ویتامین ای در جیره فلاشینگ تاثیری بر عملکرد تولیدمثلی میشهای لری بختیاری ندارد.
