بررسی تأثیر افزودن سطوح مختلف سولفات روی بر عملکرد اسپرم قوچ قزل طی فرآیند انجماد-یخ گشایی در خارج فصل تولیدمثلی

چکیده

هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه اثر سطوح مختلف سولفات روی بمنظور بهبود کیفیت منی قوچ طی فرآیند انجماد – یخ گشایی در خارج از فصل تولیدمثلی بود. از پنج رأس قوچ قزل هفته‌ای دو بار و توسط واژن مصنوعی اسپرم‌گیری انجام شد. نمونه‌های اسپرم به چهار گروه تیماری مشتمل بر: شاهد، 5/17، 35 و 5/52 میکرومول سولفات روی اختصاص داده شده و سپس فرآیند انجماد انجام گرفت. بعد از یخ‌گشایی نمونه‌های اسپرم از نظر جنبایی، مورفولوژی ومیزان مالون‌دی‌آلدهید مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان دهنده بیشترین میزان حرکت کل و پیش رونده در اسپرم‌های حاوی سطح 5/17 سولفات روی بود که در مقایسه با گروه شاهد معنی‌دار بودند (05/0>P). اختلاف معنی‌داری در مورفولوژی اسپرم در گروه دریافت کننده 5/52 میکرومول سولفات روی در مقایسه با گروه شاهد وجود داشت، که سطح 5/52 باعث افزایش اسپرم غیرنرمال شده بود (05/0>P). افزودن 5/17 میکرومول از سولفات روی باعث افزایش غیرمعنی‌دار زنده‌مانی اسپرم‌ها نسبت به گروه کنترل شد، اما افزودن 35 و 5/52 میکرومول باعث کاهش معنی‌دار آن شد (05/0>P). درصد تولید مالون‌دی‌آلدهید در سطح 35 از سایر گروه‌های تیماری و گروه شاهد کمتر بود و بین گروه 5/17 و 35 در مقایسه با گروه شاهد اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود داشت (05/0>P). بنابراین می‌توان نتیجه گرفت استفاده از سطح 5/17 و 35 سولفات روی در رقیق‌کننده منی قوچ قزل سبب بهبود برخی فراسنجه‌های اسپرم بعد از فرآیند انجماد می‌شود.
