اثرات استفاده ازپسماندکشمش بر عملکرد، فراسنجه‌های خونی و اسیدهای چرب فرار مایع شکمبه بره‌های نر بلوچی

چکیده

در این پژوهش اثرات استفاده از پسماند کشمش بر عملکرد، برخی فراسنجه‌های خونی و اسیدهای چرب فرار مایع شکمبه بررسی شد. تعداد 15 رأس برۀ نر بلوچی (میانگین وزن 67/0± 15/21 کیلوگرم) در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در سه تیمار قرار گرفتند. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: 1) شاهد (حاوی 40 درصد یونجه و فاقد پسماند کشمش)، 2) جایگزینی50 درصد یونجه با پسماند کشمش و 3) جایگزینی 100 درصد یونجه با پسماند کشمش بودند. استفاده از پسماند کشمش در جیره (تیمارهای 2 و3)، باعث افزایش وزن روزانۀ بره‌های پرواری در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد شد (05/0>P). افزایش سطح پسماند کشمش در جیره، پروتئین کل سرم را در دورۀ اول آزمایش (14 تا 28 روز) کاهش داد (05/0>P) ولی سایر فراسنجه‌های خونی این دوره ( از قبیل گلوکز، کلسترول، آلانین آمینوترانسفراز، تری‌گلیسرید و نیتروژن اوره‌ای) تحت تأثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفتند (05/0<P). همچنین سطح تری‌گلیسرید، آلانین آمینوترانسفراز، پروتئین کل سرم و نیتروژن اوره‌ای در دورۀ دوم آزمایش (42 تا 56 روز) در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد کاهش نشان داد (05/0>P). کمترین غلظت اسید استیک و والریک اسید در دورۀ اول آزمایش، مربوط به تیمار3 بود، در حالی‌که بیشترین مقدار اسید والریک و اسید ایزو‌والریک در دورۀ دوم آزمایش مربوط به تیمار 1 بود (05/0>P). افزودن پسماند کشمش به جیره، تأثیری بر pH مایع شکمبه نداشت (05/0<P). نتایج کلی نشان داد جایگزینی بخشی از یونجه با پسماند کشمش به‌عنوان یک منبع ارزان‌قیمت نه‌تنها اثر منفی بر فراسنجه‌های مورد مطالعه در بره‌های بلوچی ندارد، بلکه می‌تواند باعث افزایش عملکرد آن‌ها نیز شود.
