مقایسه مدل های آماری غیرخطی توصیف کننده منحنی رشد در بزغاله های نژاد مهابادی

چکیده

هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه نیکویی برازش چهار مدل آماری غیرخطی شامل برودی، گمپرتز، ون برتالانفی و لجستیک برای صفات رشد بزغاله‌های نژاد مهابادی بود. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل منحنی‌ رشد از مجموع 126 بزغاله، 2036 رکورد هفتگی وزن بدن از زمان تولد تا سن105روزگی استفاده شد. به منظور مقایسه نیکویی برازش مدل‌ها، آماره هایی از قبیل ضریب تبیین (R2)، جذر میانگین مربعات و معیار اطلاع آکایک محاسبه شد. نیکویی برازش بین چهار مدل مورد مطالعه متفاوت بود که به لحاظ خصوصیات کلی مدل برودی به علت ضریب تبیین بالا، جذر میانگین مربعات باقیمانده و معیار اطلاع آکایک پایین به عنوان بهترین مدل برای برازش منحنی رشد نژاد مهابادی معرفی شد. متوسط وزن تولد، وزن شیرگیری (105 روزگی) و متوسط افزایش وزن روزانه پیش از شیرگیری در بزغاله‌های نژاد مهابادی به ترتیب 25/3، 5/13 و 092/0 کیلوگرم در روز بود. نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه می تواند به برنامه ریزی در زمینه ی استراتژی های مدیریتی مزرعه و تصمیم‌گیری در مورد حذف بزغاله های ضعیف (کم رشد) و انتخاب بزغاله های پرتولید (رشد زیاد) از طریق منحنی رشد کمک کند.
