رابطه امتیاز وضعیت بدنی در زمان زایش با عملکرد تولید‌مثلی گاومیش‌های شیرده آذربایجانی

چکیده

این مطالعه با هدف بررسی رابطه امتیاز وضعیت بدنی زمان زایش (BCSc) با عملکرد تولید‌مثلی گاومیش‌های شیرده بر روی 43 راس گاومیش شیرده مرکز پرورش و اصلاح نژاد گاومیش شمالغرب کشور در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی به روش آزمایش فاکتوریل 43 انجام گردید. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل اثر 4 سطح امتیاز وضعیت بدنی زمان زایش، که بر اساس اندازه‌گیری ضخامت چربی زیر جلدی با استفاده از دستگاه اولتراسوند تعیین گردید و اثر تعداد زایش بود. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که با افزایش امتیاز وضعیت بدنی زمان زایش و تعداد زایش در گاومیش‌های شیری وزن تولد گوساله‌ها نیز بطور خطی افزایش داشت (05/0>P). کمترین زمان بروز اولین فحلی پس از زایش در گاومیش‌های با BCSc 99/2-5/2 مشاهده گردید، اثر تعداد زایش بر زمان اولین فحلی پس از زایش معنی‌دار نبود (05/0>P). درصد آبستنی در اولین تلقیح در گاومیش‌های با BCSc 49/3-3 و دو تا پنج شکم زایش نسبت به سایر گروه‌ها بیشتر بود. با افزایش BCSc در گاومیش‌های شیری تعداد روزهای باز و فاصله بین دو زایش بطور خطی افزایش داشت. اثر امتیاز وضعیت بدنی زمان زایش و تعداد زایش بر تعداد دفعات تلقیح منجر به آبستنی معنی‌دار نبود (05/0>P). راندمان تولیدمثلی با افزایش تعداد زایش افزایش معنی‌داری نشان داد، در این مطالعه راندمان تولیدمثلی گاومیش‌های شیری تحت تاثیر امتیاز وضعیت بدنی زمان زایش قرار نگرفت (05/0>P). د
