پیش‌بینی مؤلفه‌های واریانس و فراسنجه‌های ژنتیکی صفات وزن بدن آمیخته‌های بلدرچین ژاپنی با در نظر گرفتن آثار ژنتیکی غیرافزایشی

چکیده

صفات رشد در پرندگان گوشتی از صفات مهم اقتصادی در برنامه‌های اصلاح نژادی هستند. بخش قابل توجهی از عملکرد رشد در پرندگان نتیجه‌ اثر ترکیبی ژن‌ها است، که بهره‌گیری از این اثرات ترکیبی نیازمند طراحی یک سیستم مطلوب جفت‌گیری جهت استفاده از قابلیت ترکیبی عام و خاص ژن‌ها می‌باشد. این مطالعه با هدف پیش‌بینی مؤلفه‌های واریانس و فراسنجه‌های ژنتیکی صفات وزن بدن در جمعیت آمیخته حاصل ازتلاقی دی آلل کراس چهار سویه بلدرچین با استفاده از مدل‌هایی شامل اثرات ژنتیکی افزایشی مستقیم و اثرات ژنتیکی غیرافزایشی انجام شد. برآورد مؤلفه‌های واریانس برای صفات وزن شامل وزن هچ، وزن‌های ۵، ۱۰، 15، 20، 25، 30، 35، 40 و 45 روزگی با مدل دام تک-صفتی مبتنی بر نمونه‌گیری گیبس انجام گرفت. نمونه‌گیری گیبس با ۱۵۰۰۰۰۰ سیکل، دور سوخته ۱۵۰۰۰۰ و فواصل ۱۰۰ انجام شد. وراثت-پذیری صفات فوق به ترتیب 655/۰، 276/۰، 201/۰، 022/۰، 053/۰، 04/۰، 129/۰، 087/۰، 417/۰ و 046/۰ برآورد شدند. در صفات وزن مربوط به سنین اولیه رشد، سهم اثرات ژنتیکی مستقیم کم بود و با افزایش سن پرنده به سهم واریانس افزایشی پرنده افزوده شد. افزودن اثرات ژنتیکی غیرافزایشی شامل غلبه و اپیستاتیک در مدل‌ باعث کاهش واریانس خطا و افزایش دقت برآوردهای واریانس ژنتیک افزایشی گردید.
