بررسی اثر میوه بلوط و جنس بر چربی محوطه شکمی و بیان ژن لیپاز پانکراس در جوجه‌های گوشتی

چکیده

این مطالعه به منظور بررسی اثر سطوح مختلف میوه بلوط و جنس بر چربی محوطه شکمی و میزان بیان ژن لیپاز پانکراس در جوجه‌های گوشتی انجام شد. تعداد 264 قطعه جوجه‌ یک‌روزه مخلوط نر و ماده سویه کاب 500 در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی به 3 گروه آزمایشی هر یک با 4 تکرار (هر یک شامل 22 قطعه جوجه) اختصاص یافتند. در تیمار اول (شاهد)، جوجه‌ها با جیره‌های آغازین و پایانی بر پایه ذرت (بدون استفاده از میوه بلوط) تغذیه شدند در حالی که در دو تیمار دیگر، جیره‌های مصرفی حاوی 15 و یا20 درصد میوه بلوط بود. به منظور تعیین اثر تیمارها بر میزان بیان ژن لیپاز، در سن 21 و 42 روزگی از هر تیمار 6 قطعه جوجه کشتار شد و از بافت پانکراس آن‌ها نمونه‌گیری به عمل آمد. داده‌های بیان ژن با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SAS و REST آنالیز گردید. نتایج نشان داد در سن 21 روزگی بیان ژن لیپاز پانکراس در تیمارهای 15 و 20 درصد بلوط، به طور قابل توجهی بالاتر از گروه شاهد بود (05/0>P) اما در سن 42 روزگی تفاوت معنی‌داری در بیان ژن لیپاز مشاهده نشد (05/0<P). همچنین در سن 42 روزگی وزن نسبی چربی شکمی جوجه‌ها در هر دو تیمار بلوط افزایش معنی‌داری را نشان داد (05/0>P).
